  • Nearly new 2 BR 2 BR condo with private parking (small car) located downtown Puerto Vallarta. Same location as property #4637203, but different floor.
    Available as a one bedroom/one bathroom for a lower rate.
    Walk distance to landmarks like Hotel Rosita, Parque Hidalgo and Malecon (boardwalk) and a number of restaurant and attractions, access to public transport is just two blocks (downhill). Quiet at night, listen to the the little stream running by its side and the church bells. Fully equipped kitchen, HDTV and free WiFi is available. Washer and Dryer is free to use as well.
