Online the listing says that if you are on the upper floors, there is not an elevator. There are stairs to get to your room. It does not mention anywhere that once inside the door to your room, there is a narrow, spiral staircase to get actually into any part of the living quarters I am 60 and I had a hard time just caring a carry-on bag of those anybody with any kind of disabilities or older than me would not have been able to do it and that should absolutely positively be mentioned.The air conditioning in the bedroom was not working properly was extremely warm. I spoke to the front desk three times. They said they sent maintenance up. It’s still as upon check out is just blowing warm air. It was never actually repaired.
