Over 1 million dollars condo in the heart of Puerto Vallarta! Home is on the beach, wrapped around balconies with view of the ocean and Banderas bay. 4 bedrooms including 2 master suite bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

The Peninsula Puerta Vallarta is a three-tower residential community in the Hotel Zone of Puerta Vallarta.

Floor to ceiling glass doors, wrap around balconies. You may watch many types of birds, skydivers, para-sailers, whales and dolphins swim by. The infinity pool that stretches in front of three towers is the largest swimming pool in Puerto Vallarta. The pool is overlooks the ocean with wading pool for baby and toddlers to play. Outdoor jacuzzi and palapas on the beach. Foods and drinks services are available at pool side. Common amenities include direct access to beach, beach palapas, infinity swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi, pool lounge chairs, gym, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi, private theater, extra shower rooms on the lobby. Peninsula village at the front entrance with Starbucks, restaurants, bank to exchange money.

Downtown and hotel zone is the prime location of Puerto Vallarta. Itā€™s the norm that nightclubs, and resorts have music and functions till 11pm or 2am. Weā€™re are not next to venues open after midnights; we are next to beach club opens Friday to Sunday from 1pm-9pm. The club brings vacation vibes to guests (our unit at the 6th floor allows you enjoy party vibe, especially their fireworks on Saturday nights). We recommend guests who donā€™t like club music to spend time on beach, pool, Jacuzzi or explore Malecon and have dinners at many great restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. Great Property To Stay In

The Peninsula is a wonderful property to stay in. Many amenities, very close to grocery stores, shopping, and fun things to do. The condo is perfect for a large group with space for everyone to spread out. We love the view of the water and skyline. The owner were very accommodating and for a small fee let us have a later checkout. Everyone said they had a wonderful time.

Beautiful views

The condo is beautiful and incredibly spacious, and the entire facility is stunning, especially the pool and beach area. The staff were all amazing, and communication was top-notch throughout our stay. We saw whales everyday! The outdoor club next door is quite loud from 2 PM to 9 PM on Fridays through Sundays.

Ideal vacation home.

The property is beautiful, situated in a great location, near grocery store, restaurants. Fantastic pool and adjacent to the beach. Located between the airport and the Malecon. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing Vallarta Condo!!

We stayed in this amazing condo for 2 weeks, and it was wonderful in every way! Well appointed, great location, incredible views of the Bay and the ocean. All of the amenities were first-class from the workout area to the spa. The staff is very friendly and extremely helpful!! Richard is an excellent host and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!!

View of a lifetime

The condo was beautiful, exactly as shown! We had such a great time and saw whales and dolphins right from the balcony numerous times! The complex was perfect for us, we enjoyed the massages & pedicures as well! The kitchen is fully stocked- we especially loved the air fryer & used it daily! The condo had games for us to play as well. The pool was perfect. Only wish- is for kayaks to be available & binoculars.

Our group of 6 couldnā€™t get enough of the 180 view of the ocean and mountains of Puerto Vallarta from this amazing place. It was clean and very spacious and had almost everything we needed for a perfect 12 day stay.

Perfect getaway!

This is our second stay in this beautiful condo. Richard and Amie are wonderful hosts, who take the time to check in throughout your stay. Oswaldo, the property manager is nearby for assistance you may need. We would definitely rent here again in a group setting.

Location, location, location!!!

The luxury condominium was incredibly amazing and the view! We had the most gorgeous sunriseā€™s and sunsets! The condominium is big, there were 8 of us total and we had plenty of room and our own space! The security and Oswaldo and Armando were great . Perfect family vacation

The building was in great shape and the people were so warm and helpful. The unit is just as it appears in the listing other than a couple of minor issues. Communication with the owner and property manager was excellent. The infinity pool was better than expected. Ubers are cheap so staying away from the action was not a problem.

Amazing!

We had the best time! The condo set up was perfect for our group. It was large and lots of space for everyone to unwind and relax. It has absolutely everything we needed. We loved the balcony in the morning - coffee while enjoying the stunning views. Communication was probably the best of anywhere I have stayed. Host emailed recommendations of places to go well in advance which was so appreciated. Highly recommend this condo and we would love to go back!

Beautiful

Six of us ladies stayed here for 10 days. It probably was more room than we needed, but we loved the space. The views are spectacular! We had a wonderful time. The hosts, Richard and Aimee are great hosts. They responded to and and all of my questions quickly. The person that met us to check in was also great. Would stay again.

The perfect vacation stay

Such a fantastic vacation home. The views are breathtaking, pictures cannot do them justice. The home is furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed fireworks every night throughout the bay and sky divers landing on the beach right in front of the building! The kids loved the pool and mom, dad and grandma enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and taking in the sights. The concierge was friendly and helped with reservations and any questions we had. Especially enjoyed the massages. Really going to miss those. Richard and Aimee have a beautiful home and we really enjoyed being their guests. Would do it again in a heartbeat.

Family Xmas Vacation

The property is beautiful with an amazing view of the bay. The king size bedrooms are spacious with good lighting and closet space. The only thing I would say that may be a problem would be the music that is played next door from 1-8 Friday-Sunday. We did not mind it, but it was the same type of music each day. The staff at the condo were polite, helpful, and attentive. My family had a great time!

Spring break

The Peninsula condos are amazing. Richardā€™s suite is beautiful. It was the perfect size for our group of 7. I know there have been complaints about the music of the club next door but honestly we loved it! It set the vacation vibe. We missed it on the days it isnā€™t open. The massages you can book in the spa are amazing - but skip the pedicures (personal preference). Everyone who works at peninsula is great! It is very secure, clean, and close to lots of things. We hope to return in the near future.

Pictures donā€™t do this property justice!

My husband and I wanted to take our children ages 18 to 22 on a tripā€¦. This was the perfect location. Great restaurants all within walking distance. The girls could walk to the mall. A $6 Uber ride to Walmart for everything we needed. Beautiful beach and the most unbelievable pools. The club right next door was a bast with great music!! Only three days a week and only till 9 pm. If you donā€™t like the music at the pool move to the other end! The pool is huge!!!! You canā€™t hear it from the other side! If you donā€™t like the music upstairs in the condo close the doors!! This was truly the vacation of a lifetime! We would love to come back!! Thank you for having us!!

The best views!

Our condo was great. Although we did have 2 different issues with the air conditioning things were addressed and resolved. Our only real issue with this property was with security while in the pool. You were allowed to drink and even eat while in the pool. But only if you were touching the concrete on the condo side if the pool. You was not allowed to carry a drink to the infinity edge and look out over the ocean. It wasnt like we were trashing the place. It just would have been nice to relax looking out over the ocean.

The apartment and building were 10/10 but the two big bummers are that 1. There is a beach club blasting music next door and made nap times for my toddler almost impossible. And 2. It is next to a river that drains all the sewage of the are and made the beachā€™s water dark and muddy.
