This is gracious living!
This condo is spectacular. We loved the view of ocean, beach, lawn and pool right outside our door. Inside, beautiful furnishings and huge rooms, plenty of space for our 5 adults and a 5 yr old. We were there in late June which means the humidity was a challenge but on the plus side, no crowds and quiet!

Rental As pictured - awesome to be ground floor, easy in & out of pool & sea. Golf cart on site is very handy . We don’t use excursions but having concierge for airport transfer & groceries stocked is key for us! Great chill vacation for family of 5 with college, high school & middle school aged kids .

Great Location
Loved the location which allows you to walk to the town or take the golf cart. Punta Mita is such a wonderful place. There is a lot to do there. Golf is out of this world. I surfed each day also. We did not have kids but they have kid activities for them. Food options are easy also from eating in town to each beach club. Ulf and team are top notch also. Want to go back and live there.

Wonderful Property
This was an amazing stay, the staff was fantastic and very responsive. The views are wonderful. There is a bunk room with a washer and dryer that was not in the pictures. It was perfect for our 13 year old, while the older teens took the room with 2 full beds. We also loved being so close to town.
