they should let us know, upon arrival at the front desk the conditions of the rooms old, old,old rooms, and upgraded rooms, prices should varies, i was very very surprised what i was paying for that not upgraded room

I was very disappointed with this resort. The room was a dump. Wires hanging out of the wall with light bulbs. Laundry room was located below the room. Dryer vent was on the balcony. Running into housekeepers going to and from the room. The safe was broken. Found a cockroach in the room. I will not be back or recommend this resort.

The A/C was not working properly and had to request a room change. The majority of the food was good but some food on buffet line was cold. Majority of the restaurant staff were great but you had a few that were short rude
