Good value for money, cheap considering it is all inclusive. Friendly staff, except for a bellboy who made an issue of me asking to get to my luggage to get some lunch money. Nice beach and use of free beach chairs. Nice cocktails. Food was bad. Lack of variety and poor quality kept giving me diarrhoea the entire week. That wasn’t pleasant at all. 3/5.

Locals are friendly, Was a great area for convince, everything you would want is in walking distance. A cab across town is 150 - 200 pesos. All in all great experience. Only negative thing I have to say is the street vendors and beach vendors are pushey trying to sell you things they bought on sheen and Amazon.

Very nice place to stay. A few things that were silly. Giving you a complimentary a la carte meal at the buffet restaurant. Which has the same food as the buffet. The food was very mediocre, but to be expected for all inclusive. I would have liked a bigger discount at the attached restaurants.

I loved my stay in Playa Los Arcos the room had a nice view to the beach. It was walking distance from restaurants. All-inclusive breakfast, lunch, dinner and open bar. I will definitely be coming back.

Excellent location! Amazing beach front. The service was over and above wonderful! I would give the service and staff 6 stars. Food and drinks were good and plentiful! We ended up staying in 3 different rooms. The first was two tiny for two of us and very run down. The 2nd was a lovely suite also older but the oceanfront and pool view made up for it. Our last room was on the newer side and very lovely and modern. We will be back and highly recommend to couples, families and groups of all sizes!
