Great Place

We have stayed here previously and everything was as expected. The condo has all the basics and more. We were more than comfortable and will be back next year. The Grand Venetian is an excellent property in a great location.

Beautiful Views

Lovely two balcony unit, offering you beautiful sunset views and choice of sun or shade. Very good correspondence with property owners and the key pad entry to unit is very convenient. The grounds of the Grand Venetian are spectacular. Also a great location for both dining and grocery shopping. The only negative would be the extreme loud music from a nearby ocean club (benefit of having 2 balconies).

Great getaway spot

This place is located in a great area. Staff are extremely friendly. My only dislike is how dirty the place was upon arrival. Owner got the cleaning staff to come in but over cleaning in my opinion could be enhanced.

Beautiful place!

The condo is very nice and clean, with great views of the ocean and the mountains. The Grand Venetian has five pools, although the largest one is closed for renovations (we didn’t know about that in advance), a great restaurant and very easy access to the beach. Chris and Karla were excellent hosts and very responsive in all communications!

Even though 1 of the Infinity Pools was under maintenance, there was plenty of room at the other pools, granted, it was "off season"! Awesome location. Great Staff. Building, grounds and pool very well maintained

A wonderful place to stay!

We had such a great stay at this condo! It's at a great location with lots of shops and restaurants around, and a quick taxi ride to other parts of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we spent many days around the pools. We were there over the winter holidays, so the pool area got busy, but we always found chairs and there was plenty of room to swim. The condo itself was so nice having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and great views off the balcony. My teen stayed on the pull-out couch, which they had a nice foam layer on, so it was comfortable for him. The hosts were quick to reply to messages and helpful. Ultimately a great place... I was sad to leave!

The condo was a pleasant surprise. Beautiful view from the front and the back. Access was easy.This place is close to shopping, restaurants, beach. We had a wonderful time. Gated-taxi’s avlb with quick call from the lobby phone. Very close to the airport. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Getaway

My wife and I wanted to escape Canada for a quick end of summer getaway. We had stayed at the GV previously in a 3 BR with our children and this unit fit the bill equally well for just the two of us. It has more than enough space for two people. Karla was very responsive and accommodative to the handful of questions we had and very quick to address one minor, normal course issue we encountered. No hesitation in recommending to others.

An honest opinion

Wonderful, but the view from balcony is limited to the water which is nice for the sunset, but can’t see Puerto Vallarta down town and hills which are very pictureristic

Everything we were told came true. The view was great, unit was excellent, location is one of the best in the area to stay. Everything is in walking distance, pools are great, location staff awesome . Some people committed on loud music below, never happened! We contacted the unit holder on arrival about couple small issue that were taken care of immediately! Would stay at this location and unit again.

Fabulous stay

This condo was perfect for our stay. The views and sunsets were incredible. The condo is well supplied. The condo is in Tower 3, overlooking the bay and small river. It does not face directly over the main pool area, but that was no big deal to us. There was music coming from the restaurant/bar across the river but it was pleasant to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves and music. The music couldn’t really be heard inside the condo and it ended at a reasonable hour. For the price, this place is a bargain! Highly recommend.

Grand Venetian

Very nice place with two beautiful balconies one overlooking the ocean! They had complementary water jugs, which was very much appreciated. Also fresh coffee to make in the mornings. We made our breakfast every morning. We ate every evening downstairs at the restaurant, which was very good and priced reasonably. The only downfall was the loud music playing Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights at a local area below us. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others

This place is amazing!

Our family stayed over the Christmas holiday and enjoyed every minute. From the 20th floor you can watch the sun rise over the mountains from your bedroom and set while enjoying dinner on the patio. Chris and Karla have provided everything anyone would need to feel at home, including cleaning services mid-week. The property itself is beautifully maintained. The pools, tennis courts, gym, and restaurant are so nice to have right there. It was truly a dream holiday week. There is some very loud and intrusive music played from an empty club just outside and below every Friday and Saturday from 1-8. Just plan on hanging at the pool or downtown and it will be of no concern.

Needed Vacation

This was our 1st time at the grand Venetian and was very nice .This is a perfect location if you want to kick back and relax. The sunsets were amazing ! The weather was perfect with 82-86- sunny everyday. The restaurant was excellent with very reasonable prices. There were other very nice restaurants at the entrance of the Venetian ,La Dolce Vita, Argentinian steak house. The Malecon area is fun to walk each night as this is our evening entertainment and finish with Robertos Gelato. Oh my gosh the pools were fantastic with several different temperature pools to choose from (5) The music that we heard on the weekends was cool as i like to listen to music anyway ,just added to the mood!! We have booked next year already, not here because they were already booked. The only negative thig to say that they cater to the people who want to book for 2-3 months at a time. That makes it more difficult for people like me to book times shorter and find availability. Great spot ,great owners ,great maid service, great city to vacation. Cindy fron Nashville,Tn
