I was hesitant to write this review because I understand how important reviews are to a property’s reputation. We had a wonderful overall trip to Puerto Vallarta, and there were several things about this unit that we really appreciated.The condo itself is beautiful. It was clean, thoughtfully decorated, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owner was also responsive and initially very welcoming, even calling to check in when we arrived, which I appreciated. We had a few minor issues come up, which he addressed them quickly.That said, there were a couple of significant drawbacks that impacted our experience.The biggest issue was ongoing construction directly across the street, which was not disclosed in the listing. The noise runs from approximately 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, and is quite loud. One of the main reasons we enjoy staying in Puerto Vallarta is being able to open the doors and enjoy the ocean breeze, but the construction noise made that difficult throughout the day. Had we known about this in advance, we likely would have chosen a different property.Additionally, after mentioning the construction concern upon arrival, the issue was dismissed by the owner. Later, I received a demeaning message from the owner regarding my child jumping into the pool, which felt unexpectedly unfriendly and down right disrespectful. While we were there, we followed all the facility rules, and there are no rules outlined at t
