As you enter the suite on the 5th floor you'll find a well decorated retreat for your stay in the city. The entry hall has a king bedded room on each side with 2 separate washrooms for guest use.
The open full kitchen features high end appliances and every tool and dish you'll need to create some wonderful meals during your stay, or hire one of the private chefs in the area for a culinary experience at home around the large 8 person dining table. The living area features an oversized sofa, comfortable surroundings and folding desk for added functionality and use. All the TVs of the home feature numerous streaming apps, and cable channels from the US such as MSNBC.
The small private terrace features two chaise loungers and a view out to the Lady Of Guadalupe Church and the Bay of Banderas beyond.

The perfect home away from home!

This condo was a stunner from the moment we entered! Super clean, spacious, huge gourmet kitchen, all the creature comforts expected. Plus, very attentive agents and a stellar roof top deck/pool/jacuzzi/hammock area! There were many days when we didn't leave the building! Could not have been more pleased with this rental.

AMAZING STAY!

We had the most amazing time in this condo. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was perfect. The condo is great size. It offers beautiful views from the balcony. The roof top pool is so relaxing. We worked from the condo and found good internet speed in the condo and the common areas. I look forward to returning next year.

Excellent vacation space.

The rooftop was gorgeous and the pool was heated to just the right temperature. The view was awesome. The space was very neat and clean and had all the amenities. A few recommendations: The room entrance code was too simple and did not provide sufficient peace of mind. We had a two bedroom unit and were not given enough towels to use or beach towels to take to the beach. Overall, it was splendid.

Nice unit

The unit was spacious and well equipped for 2 couples. Location is excellent with everything in easy walking distance including the municipal market. Roof top deck was large enough not to feel crowded. The pool is large but already needing maintenance on the tile work. The pool area is closed on Monday afternoons for cleaning so you need to plan around that. These are small criticisms though and would consider renting in the building again.
