Had room 103, although it had air conditioning, which was a nice reprieve we could not control it and girlfriend was super cold the whole night. There was a sewage smell when you first take a shower. Cracks on ceiling just to the left of the bed and ac leaked water down the wall which made you think there could be mold. Would not stay here again in the future.

No one spoke any English, the wifi was good and got hot water after awhile. The area had no restaurants close by and you could hear peoples conversations during the night at times. Not bad overall, clean and safe but wouldn’t stay again

Horrible experience

Worse hotel ever, we had to leave the hotel after 2 nights staying there, when we book 4 nights. Was to noisy, beds very uncomfortable, you had to leave your key on the lobby thing that I didn't do because they had a sign saying that the hotel is not responsible for any missing items or stolen. But the main reason that we leave after staying the second night was because random people were walking around the hotel and stopped outside our room and stay there for no reason. They turn on and off the lights during the night constantly we didn't feel safe during our stay.

Muy mala atención nos dejaron ingresar al hotel ni siquiera a la recepción hasta una hora después tuvimos que esperar afuera el pago solo aceptan efectivo no lo indican en el anuncio solo pusieron un rollo sanitario y éramos cuatro personas por mi parte jamás regresaría ni lo recomendaroa y sobre todo la actitud del personal

Realice una reservación en línea con una habitación para dos personas y una cama king size la cuál fue aceptada exitosamente por medio de Expedia, al llegar a hacer check in me dijeron que no tenían ninguna reservación y que ya no habia ninguna habitación con cama king size, lo cual me molesto mucho porque confié en que llegaría a descansar cómodamente teniendo ya mi reserva. Al final me dieron una cama matrimonial. Esto no debería de hacerse ya que es una falta de respeto para el cliente y dice mucho que decir de la mala organización e irresponsabilidad del hotel.
