    Superb modern, professionally furnished 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located right in the heart of the Zona Romantica within an easy flat walk of the Beach, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops in old town. Fabulous, wide common rooftop terrace embraces the sights and sounds of the town, views of the church, mountains, ocean and skyline with a heated infinity edge semi Olympic swimming lap pool, BBQ area, outdoor shower, bathrooms and kitchen for common use.
    VERY EXCITING NEW : There will be bar service in the roof top throughout the high season!!!
    2 elevators serve every floor of the building and a night security guard is available for anything you may need.
    The unit itself is beautifully appointed and fully equipped for your stay. Beach towels, bath & hand towels are provided along with quality linens and attention to detail from our weekly maid service (included).
    The unit offers 2 terraces, one off the 2nd bedroom facing the church and town and the other off the living room with a sliding door and outdoor seating for relaxing and enjoying the views.
    The kitchen is fully equipped and the unit offers purified water from all taps.
