Please lock elevator door and exit through rear door, pushing the lock symbol on exterior door keypad to lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Absolutely no smoking inside, on the terrace or in the courtyard. The entire SOHO PV building is 100% smoke free! A $300 fine will be assessed.
Please use coasters-wipe up spills immediately. Flooring and counters are marble-susceptible to staining. No hair dye, SUNTAN LOTION sprayed inside.
You will be responsible for any damage to the property caused during your stay-No food or drink is allowed at the rooftop, unless purchased there.
