Located on the 4th floor with convenient elevator access, this unit boasts an inviting open-concept design that harmoniously blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The fully equipped kitchen combines practicality with Mexican flair, making it a delightful space to prepare meals. Enjoy stunning views of Banderas Bay, the beach, and the pool from the balcony, where colorful sunsets will leave you in awe.

This private beachfront residence on iconic Los Muertos Beach combines local charm with modern amenities, including wireless internet and a smart TV with cable. Maid service is included once a week, ensuring a worry-free stay.
