Brand New Condo in Heart of Mismaloya

  • Located on the main road in the heart of Mismaloya, just steps from Barceló Puerto Vallarta, Playa Mismaloya, and the Vallarta Zoo, our fully furnished 2-bed, 2-bath luxury apartment awaits!

    The condo is a brand-new building beside the butterfly conservatory and backing onto the Mismaloya River—perfect for bird-watching, relaxing, and enjoying lush jungle views, all close to every convenience in town and less than 10-min walk to the beach.

    The building consists of 4 units. Condo B is located on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view of the jungle and soothing sound of the river behind. Parking is available upon request in a secure garage or in front of the building. There is also plenty of parking in the street. The neighborhood and building are very safe.

    The building has 4 spacious apartments. This apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It is the first apartment as soon as you climb the first set of stairs.
