Casita Tranquila is a ground-level private condominium with its own entrance surrounded by lush greenery, offering an authentic yet comfortable stay in the east end of the Romantic Zone. The unit features two spacious bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a unique enclosed galley kitchen that is covered outdoors but accessible only from inside the home. Guests can also enjoy mountain and partial ocean views from the main building’s rooftop terrace. When accessing the rooftop, we kindly ask guests to walk quietly to avoid disturbing other residents. Recently updated and set within a historic building in a modern neighborhood, Casita Tranquila blends local charm with the everyday conveniences you expect, creating a truly special stay.

Important Information:

Your stay includes a daily electricity allowance of 30 kW. Any additional consumption may incur a charge at checkout. For optimal comfort and energy efficiency, please switch off the air conditioning whenever you leave the unit.

If you would like extra housekeeping during your stay, an additional cleaning service is available for $50 USD or 1,000 MXN. Contact the host in advance, and we will gladly arrange it for you.

Please note that Puerto Vallarta’s summer season (July–September) typically brings heavier rainfall and increased insect activity. This is a normal part of the tropical climate and something to consider when planning your stay.
