- Welcome to Villas Santa Barbara 102! This beautifully completely remodeled condo features a gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen, filtered water, ceramic tile flooring, two terraces with ocean views, pull out couch and parota woodwork. It's an impressive unit that makes a great vacation destination!Villas Santa Barbara has a rooftop terrace, kitchen and pool. Front of building with a common area parking. This building has two entrances - one next to the highway and one below allowing access to the beach. King size bed! Less than a 3 minute walk down to the beach and minutes to the Romantic Zone. No elevator and there are steps to enter into condo and down to beach! Come and enjoy our space!
