There were issues on the first day of stay in the property but was upgraded to Supreme room with no extra charge. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The dining options were minimal but serving size was good. Not a lot of activities to do inside the property but swimming and wading in the pool, or just chill and read your fave book.

We stayed in a "Superior Room" at the White Breeze for just two nights in March 2024. The location is a bit out of the way. If you prefer to be far from the busy and often loud touristy area south of the airport by the water, then this location may be perfect for you. Also, White Breeze is walking distance from a Robinsons mall, (which includes a drug store), as well as a number of restaurants on the main drag. The rooms are unusual in that the side of the room facing the pool is entirely glass! So, remember to close those heavy curtains for privacy! Also, we found that the long curtain rod blocked our ability to fully open the hotel door. But we got used to it after a few entries and exits. The bed was comfy, we did not encounter any bugs or mice, and the hot water was available for our showers (not that we used it a lot, as we were in the Philippines during the hottest time of the year!) Where White Breeze excelled in the most, in my opinion was in service. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the young woman at the front desk who worked evenings. But she was phenomenally helpful. For example, we had ordered a van to take us to El Nido. But we had to get in a tricycle and go all the way to the airport to catch the van. She was able to call the company and ask that they pick us up right from the hotel since the White Breeze is actually on the way to El Nido. Saved us a trip, and we got to wake up a little bit later that evening!

started out ok, but nothing but bed and bathroom in room. no microwave on refrig nothing. We could live with that but having diner they had a 2 for 1 drink special. My wife decide to have. wasn't sure about if the ice was made from bottled water or not so she order without ice. Came back with 1/4 inch in bottom or glass. We said ok just fill rest up with mix. No they can't do that. We were sitting at a table to have dinner but they had a big group coming in so they sent us to a little corner out of the way with no service, etc. The room although was clean, My wife wouldn't even take a shower because the water had a really bad smell to it. To it 's credit the staff was nice and helpful. But when we were going to have dinner they had a big group coming in so they move us from our table to a small corner in the back with no service. Yes big groups are important but not to detriment other guests, I don't think so. All in all very disappointed, I can live with almost anything except being discarded because of another more important group.

직원들의 친절함이 호텔을최고로만드는곳이여써여 수영장은 들어가고 싶지않았어요 하지만 저녁에엄마랑 맥주안주를 시켰는데 일층수영장 바로옆에셋팅을해주시고 조금늦은시간까지도 먹을수있게해주셨어요 어디나가실때, 사이클 무조건불러주시고 미리미리얘기하면 뭐든신경써서 해결해주셔써여 픽업이랑송영신청했는데 돈들어도편리했어여 모든 직원들이나와서 손흔들어주시는데 기분이좋았어여 호화스러운 호캉스호텔은아니지만 만족스러웠어요

Comfortable hotel

The hotel was very nice. Service was great. Location was a little out of the way but only a short trike ride away from many spots. The only real complaint I have was the air conditioner was loud. Everything else was fine.

Best hotel we stayed at in Phillipines

Puerto Princessa doesn’t have much going on but some joe restaurants only a 100 p tricycle away/ Nice beds, great aircon etc. but the standout here was the service of everyone at this property. The best experience we had in the Phillipines.

Great Hotel

Great hotel and very very nice and accommodating staff pkus very near the airport ... will book again in the future. Although its farther from the main road but you can still get some tricycle to provide you the transportation you need.

아주 좋은 호텔

숙소위치만 좋았다면 정말 훌륭한 호텔인것 같습니다 센트로 호텔에서 판야리조트로 옮기려할때 예약에 하루 공백이 생겨서 갔었습니다 새로오픈한 곳이라 후기가 몇개없고 좋다고만 나와서 직접가서 보니 건물이사방이고 그안에 풀장이 있어서 1층방들은 좀 답답한 느낌이지만 2층방들은 포근한 느낌입니다 위치가 애매해서 투숙객들이 많지 않아 조용하게 잘 지냈습니다 직원들 매우 친절하고 외출할때 말하면 트라이시클 불러주네요 기본40페소 방은 대체로 깨끗하고 아주 깔끔합니다 욕실상태도 좋구요 침규류도 좋았습니다 센트로 호텔보다는 훨씬 좋습니다 다만 위치가 걸으실수있긴하지만 자주 외출하시는 분들은 짜증이 나실수도 있습니다 저는 추천해드리는 숙소입니다 제가 다시간다면 다시 묵을 생각이 있습니다

Quiet and comfortable

The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is very quiet and really nothing within walking distance. The front desk assistant was super friendly and lovely. The only thing I would improve on is the main door to the outside has a gap so some of the humidity makes it in. Not a big deal but some weather stripping would fix this. Overall I was pleased with the room

Excellent for a short break on the way to El Nido

It is a brand new hotel so still plenty of room for improvement. For instance, breakfast could be better with more choices of food and juices. Also it is located in the middle of a rural area but a tricycle will get you everywhere in no time for a more than affordable rate. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and the girls at the reception couldn't be more helpful. I will come back :)
