Perfect for couples, friends, and families. Just 12 minutes drive from the airport, with a delightful 20-minute walk to the beach. Experience the comfort and security of a gated community with round-the-clock access to the outdoor swimming pool, indoor gym, children's playground, free parking and a welcoming communal lounge.

Pristine Beach reachable within 1.5 km, Honda Bay is 12 km from the accommodation, while Mendoza Park is 4.4 km away. Restaurants and bars are just a quick walk away.

This flat features two bedrooms with cozy bed sizes of 54x75 and 48x75, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The living room also boasts a convenient sofa bed for additional sleeping space. With an ensuite kitchen and bathroom, you have all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. For added flexibility, an extra folded bed can be provided for a small fee of 500 pesos.

A very nice new hotel

The room was very nice and everyone was pleasant. there were only a few difficulties but great overall. A bit far from some of the places we visited but a good place and price overall.
