Place is clean and staff friendly ready to advise about places to eat close by. The seafood restaurant in building was not open but places to eat walking distance are aplenty.

Very good hotel to stay.

The Standart breakfast was no good for us and we asked for a vegetable salad and fruits.their were fresh and tasty.the stuff was were helpful and understood our needs!!

This property was closed already. Frustrating booking experience with Orbitz on our first day after arriving in the airport of Palawan. I hope my refund will get settled when I get back in Chicago next week. This property should be taken out from Orbitz. The last time I checked, it was still with them.

This is a scam. The hotel does not exist, it shut down a year ago. We arrived there and were told by a local who happened to be outside that the hotel is shut. Everything was locked and the building was abandoned. Expedia have currently done nothing to fix the issue i.e. to get me a full refund as I had to prepay for my stay.

Friendly courteous staff. Nice gym & pool. Airport transport not reliable, 30 minutes late. Included breakfast buffet need some improvement ( cooked foods not warm & selection limited). Bath towels are very old & worn out, almost rags. Shower in bathroom has poor design ( prone to flooding bathroom floor since shower door don’t fully shut & shower floor has no barrier with bathroom floor).

Was only here one night prior to heading to ElNido. Convenient to airport & other restaurants, bed was comfy. Pool looked nice but didn’t have time to enjoy it. Airport transport provided

Hotel reception staff are not overly helpful and would say they do the minimum to help and come across quite abrupt/rude - this is definitely not extended to all staff as the porters and staff in the restaurant were great! Air con in our room was leaking down the wall at 1am in the morning, contacted reception who fixed this by placing towels on the floor- probably not the safest resolution. Shower wasn’t very powerful and I had to ring reception twice to request a safety deposit box for the room which was advised as a standard facility but was not in the room upon arrival. WiFi isn’t the best also. In comparison to other hotels I saw at Puerto Princesa this hotel is of a higher standard and if I was to return I would more than likely stay there for that reason only. Hotel also charged us 750 pesos for transport to El Nido when the standard price is 500 pesos.

We stayed one night before we went to spend almost one week in EL Nido. Our first night was great however our second stay was not as good as the first one. We got a room with no wifi as there is a part of the hotel which has not wifi. Furthermore it’s incredibly noisy at night as it’s the room closer to the reception and the party place outside. We asked to the lady to change our room but are request was fully ignored.

Nice hotel

Love the pool and the gym.. two things that i complained about was the slow wifi connection.. and they should put some fridge in the standard rooms but overall my experience was great.. will definitely go back.

하루 숙박하기에는 적당하며 직원들이 굉장히 환대해주고 친절했고 아침 식사는 그냥 평범한 웨스턴 식사였다 호텔을 나와서 오른쪽으로 좀 가다보면 너무 예쁘게 꾸며놓은 식당을 추천하는데 분위기도 좋았고 음식도 맛있었다

Har lite att jobba på men definitivt värt att boka

Hotellet känns nytt och fräscht men är tyvärr inte så bra efterhållet. Småsaker som drar ner ganska mycket är när det finns döda insekter och fågelbajs lite överallt som inte togs bort en enda gång under våra sju dagar. Poolen är trevlig och det finns i princip ingen som ligger och solar så konkurrensen om solsängarna var obefintlig. Poolen blir dock full med blad från träden som endast togs bort om man sa till. Gymmet är bra! Rummet var hyfsat, sängen skön, men vi saknade en kyl. Ett stort minus är att det fanns små myror i rummet, även i sängen vid något tillfälle... AC:n var även väldigt högljudd. Personalen är överlag väldigt trevlig. Frukosten var undermålig, när vi än kom var det i princip slut och man fick säga till att det skulle fyllas på. De flesta stod bara och hänger, tog inte mycket till egna initiativ. Trots de negativa aspekterna är vi ändå nöjda då vi fick uppfattningen att det är ett av PP:s bättre hotell. Precis utanför finns ett superbra och billigt massageställe, bar och någon restaurang. Använd deras gratis shuttleservice till/från flygplatsen!
