Atlantic One is one of the most popular buildings that is located within Costambar. The unit is on the third floor with a partial ocean view. You are in walking distance of the grocery store, beach, restaurants, golf courses and much more. The property has a pool and restaurant on site. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed with pillow top mattresses and are equipped with a/c units. The floors are porcelain tiles and the bathroom is completely renovated with a Miami vibe.

Shouldn’t be on VRBO

Dirty! Had to wash cupboards doors was gross. Tv didn’t work they had to take it for repair took over a week. Hot water didn’t work someone came to repair it after 3 days. AC didn’t work properly in one of the bedroom. Sheets on bed are old and stain and there are no bedspread on them just thin sheets. Bath towels were yellowed and ripped. Had to call to get new one that took 2 days. Missing power everyday the condo have a generator but no gas or it doesn’t work. I call the guy cause the dryer wasn’t working but it was! They didn’t tell me that I had to open the outdoor valve for the propane. There are not screens on windows and there a gap of 2 inch under the doors that bugs comes in. We found cockroaches and ants. The high bistro table and chair is very uncomfortable for us. The one good thing is we ask and got patio chair which we use to have our meals.

Nothing worked in the property

Roger, the property manager was very accommodating with arranging an early check in for our stay. But that’s about the only good thing I can say. The AC did not work my entire stay, imagine no AC in the DR heat. Then the sheets and towels had ton of brown and red stains on them. We had to ask the manager to bring us new towels and laundry detergent so we can at least wash the sheets. There wasn’t any hot water whatsoever, even though the manager said there was when we first checked in. The wifi did not work our whole stay there, so the tv wasn’t getting connection either. We had guest over one evening and it would of been nice to be able to use the tv. The toilet clogged the first night we were there and we had to wait until the next day for a plumber to come out. There were just too many inconveniences for a 3 night stay. The stay was honestly very unpleasant.

Location, location, location.

Location of this property is amazing. Property Manager was a little slow in responding but that’s ok. No hot water, in case that matters to you. Remember, it’s the Domincan Republic. Overall, stay was good.
