Subject: Reservation Cancellation and Refund RequestDear Puerto Plata Lifestyle I am writing to inform you that we will not be able to attend the hotel under the current conditions provided. Despite multiple attempts via phone and email to cancel due to misleading advertising and unclear refund policies, we have not received any response.We kindly request a full refund of the amount paid for the reservation, as well as reimbursement for any incurred expenses. Furthermore, please be advised that we are considering legal action against your company.It is important to note that upon arrival at the hotel, which is depicted in your promotional materials as part of the property, no reservation was made under our name, and the rate you are proposing exceeds the market rate.We expect prompt action on this matter and appreciate your cooperation.the reservatition never ocurre Sincerely, Edwin López
