"Awful experience. Rooms were musky and smell like mold. Ceiling were wet. Service to escorted to the rooms, no elevator. We carried our bags to the 3rd floor with no help or offer for assistance. Thwy said this was VIP treatment. Rooms were old dated and nothing as described. We immediately checkout. ..."
