Everyone in your party, 18+ is required to present ID at the security desk. One of those ID's must match the name on the credit card used for deposits to prevent fraud. You are also required to physically sign the Bella Sirena Rules and Regulations at checkin. Minimum age for renter is 21. This home has open staircase and iron railings on the balcony that would require extra parental supervision of toddler aged children.
