"The room was beautiful as was the balcony view. The staff (front desk and parking lot security guard) were pleasant. Many rooms were under construction but it was not disruptive to our stay. We will return. "

"The Playa Encanto location cannot be beat. It is far away from the resort development at Sandy Beach so we had a big beautiful beach almost all to ourselves. The house itself was charming and quite comfortable. A couple of notes that might help future guests plan... I would not have been comfortable sleeping in the casita because it is separate from the house. That's personal preference. I probably would have let my adult children sleep out there together. The kitchen is not particularly well stocked. A big group would be doing dishes frequently. BYO condiments and spices. BYO beach towels, sand toys and beach chairs.We didn't have the chance to use the kayak but were happy it was there. Next time! It's a good 20 minute drive to the nearest grocery store. About 30-35 minutes to Wrecked on the Reef. We didn't mind, it was so worth it to have such a peaceful location. The restaurant Santo Coyote at the neighboring highrise resort (1.5 miles east on the beach, easily walkable) was AMAZING. Well worth the resort price point!! "
