This absolutely stunning, ocean view condo in the 4-Star Las Palomas Golf and Beach Resort in Rocky Point, Mexico (Puerto Penasco)! With 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 baths, this condo is first-class all the way with a fully-equipped, upgraded kitchen including all cookware, dishes, glasses, pots/pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, spice rack, all utensils and appliances. Stunning details include granite countertops, wood cabinets, reverse osmosis drinking water system, and TVs in every room with free movie channels. Beautifully decorated with no expense spared and is part of the new highly upgraded Phase 2.
With huge sliding glass doors in the master bedroom, dining room, and living room that open to the 600 sq. ft. patio. This approximately 1700 square foot beach condo sleeps 6 however the resort will allow a 7th guest for an additional $35 per night. Guests under the age of 3 years old does not count in the total number of guests. For your convenience, we provide 2 high-end, extra comfortable King beds, 2 queen sofa sleepers, full-size washer and dryer, and free high-speed Wi-Fi Internet.

ALL of the community amenities and resort services are available at no extra cost to you including many expansive pools, relaxing hot tubs, daily maid service, friendly bellhops, comfortable pool towels, and much more! Don't worry about problems inside the condo either...24 hour, immediate condo maintenance is available for problems with appliances, Internet, telephone, lockouts, or simply need more toilet paper. Be assured that this 5-star resort is at the highest standards available.
Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort is a first class resort located in the center of Sandy Beach in Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point). Because of its exceptional features and service, it received 4 diamonds from AAA for the past several years in a row! Resort amenities include 'The Links,' an 18-hole championship golf course, 7 pools including a children's pool, hot tubs, fun water slide, 2 stunning lazy rivers, 2 swim-up bars/restaurants, state-of-the-art fitness center, room service, beach palapas, barbecue grills, convenience store, gated security, underground parking, 24-hour check-in/check-out and much, much more!

As always this is a NON-SMOKING condo NO PETS allowed. The owner is in the Las Palomas rental pool. You will not be charged any additional fees. The RENTAL POOL also entitles you to the use of ALL amenities and resort services; including free daily maid service, charging privileges, free pool towels, immediate condo maintenance if needed. You can be assured that the quality of Cabrillo 306 has met and exceeds all Las Palomas standards.

NOTE: Las Palomas Resort requires the person who checks in to be age 25 or older.

The condo and property are beautiful! The condo has a great feel at home vibe. Step out on the balcony and take in the beautiful ocean view and you feel like you are living in paradise! Can't say enough amazing things and we can't wait to go back!

Wonderful Condo

This unit was great! Having 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms... plus a bunk room was perfect for my family and gave everyone their own "space" when needed. Loved all the seating on the patio, it was perfect to enjoy at night!

Last Family Weekend Retreat

This was a great 3 day getaway before our kids go back to college and high school. This property is in a prime location of the resort site. It was centrally located to all activities and beach access. The décor was inviting and the space was roomy and welcoming. The host left informative links for our visit for directions , dining options, and city sites near by. I would definitely visit again.

Excellent decoration taste, huge, long kitchen counter top with six bar stools, fully equipped kitchen and pantry, beautiful furniture, long dining table with chairs outside the patio along with sofa, loveseat and confortable lounge chairs. Excellent location with afternoon shade,other units face the sun in the afternoon.

Clean, Beautiful, and Convenient

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. It looked exactly like the pictures—beautifully decorated with stunning views from the balcony, and most importantly, it was very clean! We especially appreciated all the mirrors, including the full-length ones, particularly the one by the entrance. The beach access and parking were excellent. Although check-in took about an hour due to high traffic, John, the owner, was very responsive and assisted with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. Our friends and family are already asking for the details because they loved it from all the social media posts we shared!

Home-y Stay

We loved staying here during our weekend getaway! We loved not being too high up, the balcony views were great, the unit was clean and we appreciated the little items left behind such as soap, dish soap, wash cloths, etc. The only thing we were looking for were the pool floats/toys mentioned in the description but all closets were locked and we were unable to find those. Not a huge deal because the convenience store has some to purchase!

Spacious with a great view

Upon checking in the resort did not have the reservation because the owner didn't send it over which made it a stressful and long check in. The room itself was beautiful and spacious. The tv remote made it hard to navigate the tv. The beds were comfortable. The view and patio furniture were nice. Overall, just make sure reservation is sent before arriving and enjoy.

Small changes would make this great

We enjoyed our stay at Las Palomas. The check in process was seamless and easy, the grounds were clean and safe and the staff was courteous and thoughtfulThe condo was well maintained and clean but there were a few things I would suggest to make it better1) brighter lighting would be helpful: the lighting in the living room and especially the dining area was very low. We played games one night and the lighting was so low at the dining table it was difficult to see the cards2) beach toys would be good for families. I reached out to the contact for the property to see if there were beach toys and didn’t get a response. We were disappointed to find that on our way to check out we found a bucket under the bunk beds that had floaties(odd placing) We could’ve used them if we had known. More toys like pails and shovels or even beach chairs would’ve been nice3) the TVs didn’t work. The TVs in the guest bedroom and living room were glitchy. We tried to watch television and couldn’t because the picture kept going out4) the living room couch was iffy. The couch was cloth material and I generally don’t like renting spaces with cloth couches because of the lack of being able to clean properly. I prefer leather for that reason. Although the couches looked clean (a tiny bit worn)I didn’t feel comfortable getting comfortable on those couchesOverall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo was sufficient for our needs. If the items I mentioned above were updated or fixed I would given a 5
