We enjoyed our 2week stay at Casa Jaguar. The condo was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Ricardo and Elizabeth are great hosts. The few times I needed to contact them, they responded right away. The only thing I would like to see is for the Collectivo to come closer the the complex to make it easier on people that might have an issue with walking.

Secured community in Puerto Morelos

Initially, finding the property was difficult. Maybe because we arrived at night. But after the first time, it was no problem. The condo is beautiful and well kept. Great amenities in the neighborhood like a pool and outdoor gym. Nice, cold air conditioning and plenty of fans. We were so glad there was laundry facilities in the unit. We did not end up using the kitchen, but it was there for us if we wanted to. Communication with Elizabeth was amazing! There were a couple issues during our stay and she got back to me immediately and got our issues taken care of. Thank you, Elizabeth and we'll see you next time.

September stay

We had a lovely time! It was a bit tricky to find the property as there are several developments within the area, but the staff at the gate was wonderful and very helpful. You definitely need a car to get to town, but it’s just a few minutes drive. Great apartment, pool and communication from hosts. Would recommend!
