Overall the hotel was average. The buffet food was horrible! Like everyday we were there the buffet had limited options-we ate lots of salads. The beach did not have an attendant so you would have to go to the pool bar and get a drink and walk back to the beach. There were only about 6 umbrellas at the beach so you would need to get there early if you didn’t want to lay in the hot sun all day.

One of the best properties I've stayed in. Room remained clean everyday thanks to housekeeping. There is a calm round pool for just relaxing and the main pool is for more music/vibes. The snack bars had really good food

I paud for ocean view room and I received room with a view on the roof of the building .
I talk ti the manager but he didn't help me .
Disappointed.
Windows in my room were in terrible conditions I could hear wind blowing through them ehich makes room humid and uncomfortable 😳

We upgraded to a large ocean view room and honestly… highly recommend! 🌊✨ The view alone made it worth it. That said, All Ritmo Resort could definitely use some updates. The pool was missing quite a few tiles 🏊♂️ and when it rained, there were leaks coming through several windows onto the floor ...
