"The staff were amazing. The restaurants had excellent food but service needs improvement. The grounds are beautiful. There are WAY TOO MANY KIDS. They are up all hours except early morning. They take over the pool leaving little for adults to enjoy."
"Poor check in. Travel companion speaks Spanish, but info on night locking gates was terribly incomplete. At night had to scale wall to reach reach room! Shower dud nit maintain twmperature. Bounced between cold & hot."
"Great location, 5 minutes to beach, supermarket & restaurants.
Although the property is a little dated, the apartments are huge & well equipped with everything you need. Our apartment was over two floors with numerous balconies & great sea views.
The hotel is split over two sites, with separate pools, we were at the quieter site which suited us though it did mean a 5 minute walk to the main sites facilities (pool bar, gym, restaurant, reception, breakfast).
Only criticism would be the check in...
"No one ever answered me and it was impossible to stay there because I never had access. Including Expidia and I was stranded all day with children without having anywhere to spend the night and talking to an Expidia representative for more than four hours."
