"Great location near the beach. The staff were welcoming and listened when we had a room issue and accommodated really well. We would return based on customer service alone. The 2 bedroom was fantastic and nice quiet pool away from the kids and pool area."

"Staff was great except the Manero restaurant was awful when it came to service and ordering a wagyu steak from the hotel since they don’t serve it. The hotel charged me when the Montero staff refused it . Had they told me I would’ve left the restaurant and ate it at the other restaurant especially when having a high profile guest visiting and joining me for dinner"

"The property is excellent and has everything you need. Communication with both the host and the property management company was good. The kitchen had every utensil,piece of equipment that you could think of. The air conditioning was great as you could put it on in the rooms that you wanted. We had a mid stay clean and bedding change as we were there for 3 weeks which was much appreciated. We went as a family 5 adults and one 5 year old the property was more than big enough for all of us with sufficient space and areas for your own personal space."

"Clean rooms, well-equipped apartment, fast wifi included, sea view from balcony, big and clean pool, close to restaurants and grocery stores. fairly easy to find parking space outside the apartments. very nice and helpful host Fiona, easy to communicate with. Perfect apartment for our family of 2 adults and 2 teen kids. We stayed for 10 nights and loved it."

"Excellent property and is exactly as described and shown in pictures.Host and property management company were very helpful and good communication via WhatsApp. Host was able to sort out WiFi promptly.Location without car would be difficult but with a car easy access to AP7 and A7. We were able to explore the region very well.Access to a safe and/or alarm would be helpful but property is generally very safe. Pool area shared but very nice, child friendly and always available sun beds. Had issue with some ants in bed on top floor but we were able to improve things by washing sheets and a good hoover. I guess this is a problem this time of year and when rooms may not all be occupied. Certainly didn’t cause us too much distress. Would definitely stay again as excellent value and loved all the amenities within the property."
