"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful location but 1 hour drive from the airport. Room was amazing (2 twin beds, partial sea view on balcony). Comfortable, spacious, suited our needs perfectly. Amazing bathroom and shower. Balcony was a nice addition, overlooks the pool. Beach is quick walk across a one way street. Great loungers and furniture around the pool area. Breakfast was delicious and offered a LARGE number of items. Friendly staff, easy check in/out, very helpful. "

"Fantastic hotel overall. Perfect location with the best pool in Pollença, right in the middle of the beachfront with all the shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet was excellent, definitely one of the best I’ve had, as it had everything (fruit, yoghurt, full cooked, continental, cereal, etc). Staff were very helpful, which is good as the only thing which let us down was our air conditioning didn’t work for the first two nights. Once we reported it, it was fixed the next morning. One other minor gripe is that the rooms are advertised as soundproof, and we had what sounded like an elephant stomping around in the room above us at 7am every morning. Otherwise it was a really great stay and we’ll be back!"

"We loved the hotel, its location, our room decor and the breakfast. Only thing we would say tarnished the stay was that we checked out on my birthday. The booking was in my name via hotels.com and even put it on the special requests to make sure the hotel knew and we didn’t even get so much as an acknowledgement of choosing to stay at your hotel for 3 nights for my birthday. Sad that the human touch was missed there by staff at all touch points throughout the stay."
