The apartment is near the botanical garden. This beautiful and unusual apartment has a size of 125 square meters. The apartment is modern and functional. The apartment has a large terrace of 37 square meters, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and open kitchen and a beautiful and spacious living room with access to the terrace. In the complex there is a swimming pool with a children's pool and a sunny lawn.
