About this property

Beautiful Apartment in Parque las Flores

Our beautiful apartment is situated in Puerto de la Cruz, in the north coast Tenerife. The property has two bedrooms, one of the them with couple bed and the other one with twins beds. One bathroom with shower, one toilet, independent kitchen, the nice salon and the relax balcony or terrace. The price includes weekly cleanliness, a change in bed sheets and pools towels and two of towels per week. Also we have washing machine, dryer and free Wifi Internet Service for our Guests.

Our apartments are to 15 minutes walking of the beaches of black sand as Playa Jardín and of the historical hull of the Puerto de la Cruz, where we find the spirit and the captivation of the fishing harbor that was surrounded of traditional crunch and restaurants of typical Canary gastronomy

Great location, far enough away from main tourist area to experience local amenities but close enough to walk to beach or town centre if you wish, local bars and restaurants Las Ardilla and Los Asedores very welcoming.

Spacious and well equipped apartment in quiet part of town. Approx. 10-15 min walk downhill walk to Playa Jardín, a bit longer uphill on the way back. Pool and surrounding garden clean and well maintained. Large supermarkets and shopping centre 5 minute drive away. Would recommend hiring a car but not essential.

The location of this property made it. Far enough out of town to get peace and quiet but a 25 minute walk to get to most places we wanted to get to. The walk up hill does take you a bit longer. the views from the balcony are brilliant, we were in apartment 9. The apartment had everything you require, there was even a bottle of water in the fridge and a bottle of cava on the table. A cleaner came in half way through our stay and the standard of cleaning was high. A few tips. there are two entrances to the apartment block. The one that you do not go into first is a lot quicker. If you use this gate and turn right there is a shop 200 metres up the hill. if you turn left there is a very good cafe on the other side of the road my daughter loved the loaded chips. Locals were sometimes queuing to get in. About 20 minutes walk, on the flat rather than the hill, is Alberto's bar, which has the best views of Puerto - especially at night.

Point de depart ideal pour visiter le Nord de Tenerife, le Teide et aussi l'Ouest. Seul bémol la Playa del Jardin était fermée pour cause de mer insalubre.

Sehr schöne Lacation

Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral, der Gastgeber bzw. Beauftragte Personen erreichbar. Bei Rückfragen/Reklamationen wird zügig reagiert. Die Sauberkeit ist hervorragend, was ein wichtiges Kriterium für mich ist. Ein sehr engagiertes Team säubert einmal wöchentlich und wechselt die Handtücher. Ein sehr gründlicher Mitarbeiter betreute Pool und Garten, beides ist in hervorragendem Zustand. Eine schöne Umgebung. Die Poolmöbel bräuchten eine Auffrischung, einige sind etwas durchgelegen, aber das war auch schon alles, was zu bemängeln wäre. Einziger Wermutstropfen: in der zweiten wochewohnte über uns eine Familie mit Kleinkind, welches schon morgens um sieben herumtobte; es wäre schön, wenn solche Familien in der unteren Etage untergebracht würden. Fazit: ich würde die Anlage jederzeit weiterempfehlen und werde mit Sicherheit dort wieder buchen

Entspannte Tage in Puerto de la Cruz

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unsere Wohnung mit Meerblick vom Balkon. Sie ist gut ausgestattet, es ist alles vorhanden, was wir für unseren Urlaub gebraucht haben. Perfekt mit 2 Schlafzimmern und schön groß. Es ist ein Pool mit Sonnenliegen vorhanden und auch eine Waschmaschine. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter war informativ und sehr freundlich.

Wunderbar!

Vielen Dank! Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wohnung und Pool sind sehr schön und sauber, Innenstadt und Strände in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt und Cafés im die Ecke und gute Busverbindungen.

Top Lage . In 10 Minuten zum Zentrum von Puerto . Sehr gepflegte und saubere Anlage. Apartment geräumig mit einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Jederzeit ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort ( Yolanda ) . Schöne, kleinere Anlage mit Ferienwohnungen...

...aber leider zur NO-Seite, an der die Hauptschlafzimmer liegen sehr laut, da an einer Durchgangsstrasse in den Stadtteil gelegen. Die Reinigung unseres Appartments fand in den ersten elf Tagen gar nicht statt, sondern leider erst nach Aufforderung. Die Qualität der Wohnungsreinigung ist verbesserungsfähig. Ansonsten hat uns der Urlaub in dieser kleinen, schönen Ferienwohnanlage abseits der großen Touristenströme sehr gut gefallen! Nach einem Stromausfall im Stadtteil waren zwei Elektrogeräte in unserem App. defekt und wurden sehr schnell ausgetauscht! Wir kommen gern wieder!

El apartamento es perfecto. Muy limpio, espacioso y con unas vistas espectaculares. Las camas, de obra, son una maravilla. Hacia tiempo que no dormía tan bien. La piscina perfecta para estar con niños. El único aspecto "negativo" es que la lavadora y secadora no están dentro del apartamento (tampoco caben), aunque haber hay.
