The apartment is right in the city centre on the 5th floor. Beautiful view from the balcony. A bit noisy as it was very busy in the summer.

Nice flat in great location

The flat is very confortable and close to everything. The only small problem is that there is no air conditioned and in worm summer nights is difficult to sleep. However, Juan Manuel was very accommodating and he brought us some fans.

5 weeks stay

We have spent 5 weeks in this spacious flat and enjoyed it very much. It is perfect for longer stays and its situation is very central. There is enough storage space and the kitchen is well appointed. The owner, Juan Manuel, was very kind and obliging. We had some minor problems and he came by on short terms to fix them. The only downer were the electronic devices. The Wifi was good, and Netflix is installed. But as the telly is an older type, the smart view kept on skipping, so we only could watch movies on our tablet device. A newer type of telly would be well. But overall we had a positive experience and rebooked this flat already for next year.

Great location

We enjoyed our 3 week stay in Juan Manuel’s apartment in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. The location was excellent, a 10 minute walk to the bus station, a taxi rank at the end of the street and 2 supermarkets nearby. The apartment was bright and cheerful with a view of Mount Teide from the bedroom (sometimes). The bedrooms were quiet and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen facilities well above average. Juan Manuel was always available should you need him. Puerto de la Cruz is a great base for visiting other spots like Orotava, Santa Cruz, Garachico and Icod de Los Vinos. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Großzügiges Apartment im Zentrum von Puerto Cruz

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit im Apartment: der grosse Wohn-/ Essbereich ist gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die nach hinten gelegenen Schlafzimmer sind sehr schön und sorgen für ruhige Nächte trotz des Trubels vor der Tür. Dank der Balkone kann man auch die Sonne und das schöne Wetter geniessen ohne vor die Tür zu müssen. Allerdings hat die Umgebung alles zu bieten was man sich wünscht: Cafés, Restaurants und Shops. Vor allem mit unser kleinen Tochter (8 Monate) war das Apartment sehr praktisch für uns. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!

Nice ,clean,spacie and fully equipped apartment in the middle of Puerto Cruz. Close to public and free parking. There is a lot to do within walking distance. Good contact with the owner. Balcony with seating area. Perfect apartment.

perfect location, spacious apartment, bedrooms totally quiet, kitchen fully equipped (well, almost: a dishwasher would make it perfect) grocery store, bakery, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the immediate vicinity, good communication with the owner/manager

Great Location - Manager Supportive in Crisis

The apartment is in a great location and is nicely furnished, comfortable beds and great amenities, Unfortunately we arrived 2 days before the lock down began for the Coronavirus and Juan, the owner, kept us updated and made suggestions for us to check our flights home and we found they had been cancelled. Fortunately we found the flights had been replaced with rescue flights but you needed to re book, so a good call and one that possibly saved us from being stranded. Can't wait to go back when the World is a safer place. Thanks again Juan

Excellent location on the edge of the old town which is full of interest and great restaurants. Also easy to walk to the more tourist-oriented areas. Very comfortable flat, spacious and well equipped.

Problem over check in due to our v.late arrival. It would be better to be able to pick up key without somebody having to wait at apartment. If you dont have smart phone it is difficult to contact owner and or Home away.

Excellent Apartment Excellent Location

I have no hesitation in giving this apartment a five star review. It is bright, spacious, clean and comfortable and an excellent base for a holiday in Puerto De La Cruz. Everything is within easy reach of the apartment including a large free car park where we parked our hire car. We researched the many restaurants within easy walking distance and were rewarded by high quality very reasonably priced food. It is worthwhile taking the time to do some research and you will find that the restaurants set back from the front tend to be the best value and quality. We took taxis to Loro Parque and the Botanic gardens as parking is difficult at these venues - the taxi rank just a couple of minutes away was very useful in this respect. Juan Manuel and his wife went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They realized that there was a slight issue with the low level sofa in the living room and took it upon themselves to order and put together a new sofa the following day! I can only say that we were very surprised and appreciative of this. They clearly want to make their clients' stay as comfortable as possible. We would like to thank them for this and certainly recommend their apartment as a great place to stay in Puerto De La Cruz.

Hallo Manual, Wir haben ein super zeit in dein komplett eingerichtete wohnung verbracht. Das apartment liegt central in Puerto de la Cruz, und das parken auf den nah gelegen offentliche parkplatz ist auch bequem. Wenn wir in der zukunft nochmals auf Tenerife Urlaub machen brauchen wir nochmals nach ein Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu suchen, haben wir diese Jahr bei euch gefunden. Danle Familie van de Weerd

Tolles Appartement

Ein wirklich schönes Appartement in bester Stadtlage, hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt, und für vier Personen war reichlich Platz, so das sich jeder auch mal zurückziehen konnte. Das deutsche Fernsehen haben wir überhaupt nicht vermisst, da auch so genügend zu erleben war. Zudem konnte man sich über das gute Wlan auch so bestens informieren. Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Gerne wieder.
