"Resort was very clean. Staff were great, food options were good. Location and beach are excellent. This was our second time at this resort and will definitely be back "
"Overall, an amazing experience traveling with our 6-month-old infant. The staff were super friendly and kind.
-Allowed us to have early check-in and enjoy the lunch buffet.
-Made special arrangements in our room for celebrations, including cake and balloons.
-Staff offered balloons to our infant, which made him smile.
-Restaurants were amazing, especially the international buffet and Moongate, with amazing chefs and performers (Antonio).
-Room service did a brilliant job, and the room always smelled pleasant.
-Amazing and exclusive views from the Preferred Club Lounge (ocean view).
Areas for improvement (because I want them to do better and better):
-A baby nursing room, especially for guests who arrive early before check-in when the room is not yet available.
-A larger crib with adjustable height.
-Sales/Marketing reps should not be pushy when trying to sell activities or spa services.
-Why are standard beachside cabanas an additional cost? They should be included as part of the all-inclusive package.
-The Kids Club did not have a baby-friendly entrance (no ramp or automatic door), which made it difficult with a stroller.
-The water temperature, especially in the kids’ zone, should be temperature-controlled so it’s not too cold.
-There should be halal meat options or a designated restaurant offering halal choices.
