Casa Corazón is a spacious and cosy detached home located within Puerto Aventuras, an exclusive gated residential community with 24-hour security, just a short walk from the beach, the marina, restaurants, and amenities. Playa del Carmen is nearby on one side, and Tulum on the other.
The house is part of a small, quiet complex of just 12 villas and offers access to a large tropical garden and a spacious shared freshwater pool. Its location facing the golf course allows you to enjoy plenty of tranquility, greenery, and privacy, away from the noise of the busier areas of the marina.
It can accommodate up to 7 guests, with 3 separate bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a large bathroom with a private jacuzzi for 4 people; the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed, and the third has a double bed.
The house is fully equipped with a full kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a washing machine, a dryer, a dishwasher, air conditioning, and fans. It also features a pleasant private terrace overlooking the garden and the golf course.
