"We had several issues during our stay that made the experience very unpleasant overall. At breakfast, the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. Silverware and coffee mugs were not available, and when we asked for them, the response we received felt dismissive and almost derogatory — as if helping guests was an inconvenience. The employee’s attitude gave the impression that he simply did not want to be there or assist anyone. The room itself could also use significant updates. The shower door would not close properly, causing water to leak all over the bathroom floor every time we showered. The worst issue happened on our last night. In the middle of the night, water started pouring out of the AC unit and flooded the floor. We went to the front desk for assistance, and the staff attempted to resolve the issue by changing the key card. I did not understand how a key card would fix an AC leaking water, but we trusted that they knew what they were doing. Unfortunately, about an hour later, the AC began leaking again. We asked if we could switch rooms, but were told there were no other rooms available, so we were forced to stay in the room and deal with the flooding for the rest of the night. As a result, we got very little sleep. At checkout, the front desk employee apologized, but no real effort was made to correct the situation or make us feel valued as guests. Sadly, our experience did not leave us feeling that this is a place we would return to or recommend to others."
