"The hotel is situated around 15 to 20 minutes walk from the coast and city center so very convenient. The check in process was via my phone and it worked perfectly and I was greeted on entry. The foyer and room were clean and tidy. I was sent photos of the room showing the condition before I arrived and it was clear that these were recent and not "stock" photos. "Although it’s a beautifully renovated building in the residential part of the old town of Velez-Málaga, the photos are somewhat misleading. Pool is a jacuzzi that is no longer functioning. Ground floor rooms are dark, with no views and portable air conditioning units. There was no wifi in our room—only in the common areas. Parking can be difficult."
