Our room was very clean and the staff was super helpful with every request we had. The complimentary breakfast every morning was wonderful. We appreciated the proximity to the hiking/biking trail right out the front door of the hotel.

el día de mi llegada me dijeron que habría desayuno buffet al siguiente día, a las 9:00, llegamos mi esposo y yo 15 minutos antes de las 9, y la señorita dice LE DIJE AYER QUE ES A PARTIR DE LAS 9, en tono molesto, ya como yo me encontraba en días de descanso le dije está bien nos pueden dar café, cosa que nos proporcionarán inmediatamente posterior a ello nos hicieron llegar un plato con fruta bien servido, enseguida me dice la señorita que no será posible que haya que tengo que pedir a la carta, y le dije que eso no correspondía a lo que yo había pagado PAGUE DESAYUNO BUFFET, la ssñorita molesta nos dijo que no podría ser porque había muy pocos huéspedes y que eso a ellos no les convenía, por lo que le expresé mi disgusto y mi esposo le hizo saber que tampoco a nosotros nos convenía haber pagado un paquete con un Buffet para qué al final de cuentas nos dieran a la carta, lo resolvieron dejando fruta para que tomáramos a nuestro gusto de igual manera dejaron Pan y café, al siguiente día nos dijeron que era la carta nos dieron una taza de café unos huevos al gusto y fruta, nos hicieron saber que no había pan de dulce nos dieron dos rebanadas de panqué, pedí tortillas para acompañar mi platillo me dijeron que no había tuvieron que ir a comprar y tardaron mucho tiempo las primeras tortillas que me proporcionaron que fueron 2 estaban totalmente duras, desafortunado que pasen este tipo de situaciones en un lugar tan bonito, la alberca sucia.DEBERÍA HABER UN PORTERO DE NOCHE

El lugar es pequeño pero acogedor. A pesar de que la habitación era la más económica posible,era espacioso y cómodo. Te dan una cobija gruesa y toallas para poder usarlas después de bañarte. La comida que nos brindaban en la mañana está bien cocinado y con buen sabor. El acceso a personas con sillas de ruedas puede ser un poco complicado y los alrededores pueden tener pocas cosas por ver. Pero si tú plan es quedarte en tu habitación disfrutando las instalaciones y el servicio, estás en el lugar correcto. Lo único verdaderamente negativo es que las habitaciones se filtra el sonido, entonces si tienes algún vecino, independiente si es ruidoso o no, escucharás sus movimientos o el sonido de su televisión o su conversación.

El jacuzzi no funcionó durante toda la estancia, la habitación no está suficientemente aislada del ruido, por tanto escuchas demasiado fuerte lo que pasa en el piso de arriba, si alguien sube al gimnasio el ruido es constante, eso provoco que nos despertaran a las 7am. La piscina es muy pequeña para el numero de personas que dejan entrar con daypass y para el numero de huespedes, no te sientes en in ambiente boutique o exclusivo tranquilo la mayor parte del dia

Muy buen servicio, el personal es muy amable y con gran atención al detalle. Los cuartos son muy amplios, limpios. La comida es rica, el cheff muy atento. El lugar es bonito, silencioso, apacible, con mucha naturaleza. Buen lugar para descansar, tranquilizar, relajar y alejarse por mucho de lo cotidiano. Las áreas verdes son cuidadas al máximo y un plus para el hotel, aún en temporada de calor, ya que ahora en casi todos lados los pastos son secos y ahí continúa verde gracias a los cuidados del personal.

La comida muy rica, hay poco personal. Solicité servicio del Spa y no se localizó a la persona que prestaba el servicio. Pedí recomendación de algún servicio de peinado, tampoco me pudieron ayudar. El gerente es distraído.
