Great hotel in a perfect location in downtown Puebla near the Cathedral and other attractions. Very clean and well appointed, would stay again, no doubt. The staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Amazing staff of the hotel and wonderful place to stay. Next to the oldest market and art street within walking distance to everywhere in historical centre. We were “lucky” to be there exactly when the heavy rain happened, which was last time that strong almost 100 years ago. Unfortunately the hotel was flooded and the management did great job to move us to Hilton for the another 4 nights we should stay in Puebla. I am very gratefull for their kind help! And I hope they will renovate such a beautiful hotel fast ✨

The property was close to the main square and within walking distance of the cathedral. It is a no thrills hotel. The hotel is a colonial house converted into a hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel needs maintenance. Some of the furniture is old and needs to be replaced. It is a hotel to sleep and then visit puebla. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was simple and okay. There are less expensive and better places to wat.

Great job renovating an historic building. Only 16 rooms nicely done. Close walk to centro historico. Lots of coffee shops and restaurants close by. Safe area. Relatively quiet. Nice beds and pillows.

I recently spent my birthday at this hotel while traveling to Puebla, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel looks just as pictured—if not even nicer. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially Sandra and Alex, Elinea who went out of their way to give us directions and great recommendations on where to go. Their hospitality really made the stay special. I would definitely come back and spend more time here
