"El administrador es muy incisivo en sus intrucciones, prácticamente te trata como un. Niño y es muy muy insistente, super desagradables, el desayuno siguen siendo el mismo desde hace más de 10 años… Lamentablente dejé mi kayak afuera del domo, y me robaron un par de remos… la administración ni se hizo responsable y prácticamente culpándome a mí por no dejar los remos adentro del domo, que por los demás es súper acotado en espaci… Creo que los domos que dicen ser para 6, no cumple con la dimensiones para estar cómodo 6 personas, más bien máximo 4 personas cómodas en un espacio reducido."

"Great large and clean room. Friendly and very accommodating staff. We had very nice and quiet 3nights and breakfasts. The only thing to know was that the hotel is located a bit out of Pucon and if you try to get to Pucon in the evening you will very possibly hit traffic at tge entrance of town. Except that, everything was great"

"Staff were helpful and friendly, hotel and rooms were nice. I had an issue with my credit card and the staff helped me work through it and even let me stay my first night on faith that payment would work, instead of making a big deal about it. Glad I booked my weekend stay in Pucón here. "

"Beautiful setting, gracious hosts, wonderful cabaña. We stayed two nights and would have stayed longer but they are popular in summer. We chose a hot tub session which requires a multi hour setup and additional charge. The location is remote and necessitates a car. "

"Rooms either look on the lake or toward the volcano. Hotel is in an old grandiose style, but somewhat updated. Not sure our a/c was working, but open windows seemed to work well. Staff very attentive. Parking not uncomplicated unless you do valet. Pools crowded, but decent fitness center. Breakfast is a buffet with decent offerings. Weekends have a loud EDM show that goes to 1am+; if you are located above it, good luck sleeping. "
