"At check in, the hotel did not have my reservation from the website. Also the price on the website is less than what they charge. The use a real high exchange rate. First room we got was used and dirty, we were promptly moved to a clean room. No other issues, afterwards."

We decided to go Pucallpa for the first time and they filled up over beyond our expectations, thanks again, definitely Casa Andina (Cuzco, Zorritos & now here) show me why I pick up like my favorite Hotel to all time I have the opportunity to travel to my dear Peru."
