McKenzie Bridge River's Edge Retreat, a cozy cabin on over two acres
10/10 Excellent
"Idyllic setting, charming home, abundantly stocked. We loved everything about it. So close to the Blue pool and falls. Felt remote and private. Very clean and easy to find out way around. We didn’t have pets with us, but there’s a side yard off the deck which would be great for them. Very happy with our stay"

Mckenzie River Cabin #13 at the Log Cabin Inn, screened porch, .5mi Trailhead
10/10 Excellent
"My wife and I spent a delightful 3 days at this cabin and it was absolutely perfect. We are planning to come back as soon as we can. Very clean, easy check-in and check-out, very nice accomodations. The highlight is really the Log Cabin Inn property, which is akin to the Garden of Eden really. It's always been a perfect spot where the river bends and the rapids shoot down past McKenzie Bridge. We enjoyed many meals at the Old Log Cabin Inn before it burned down. It is so wonderful that it is now an idyllic setting for lodging and all of the incredible activities we've come to enjoy. Location, location, location. So nice to walk over the bridge for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We loved Koosah Falls, Clear Lake and the Great Spring. We did the 5 mile hike around the lake this time, highly recommend. Truth be told, you could just sit out on the lanai and take in the towering Douglas Firs, the river and Lookout Mountain... all day long, and still have the best trip ever. We came home to Eugene fully rejuvenated, our spirits reconnected to the most beautiful river in the world. Thank you Jon and Lisa! "
