This property was the perfect fit for our quick mountain adventure! The location was amazing and we enjoyed everything about it! We hope to return and will certainly recommend it to our friends and family!
Enjoyed our stay at this spacious, 3 bedroom rustic cabin for a long ski weekend and visit with my daughter! We had everything we needed and loved the deck hot tub. Communication was excellent.
Overall, loved the property! Has a fun history, and we enjoyed trying to guess what all the tools on the walls were used for. We loved the backyard and the fun lights! We enjoyed being close to Sundance for the Halloween events that were there for Fall break. The beds were warm and comfy. The host also allowed us to change our reservation when we had a family emergency. They seemed very willing to work with us. Thank you!
The original property had an unforeseen issues occur just before check in. The host was able to upgrade us to a different property and made sure we had everything we needed during our trip. I would use them again without hesitation.
We came to ski in Sundance. The location of this cabin could not have been more perfect. The access to the ski resort and the ease of getting to the first lift was so convenient. The cabin was comfortable and cozy. We did have a mishap with the carbon monoxide detector in the downstair bedroom, but if we had read the management's instructions and the signs, it could have been avoided. Also that bedroom is perfect for anyone who is always cold. The furnace keeps that bedroom super toasty! The hot tub was great. The boys enjoyed it apre ski.We had everything we needed for a family ski vacation.

Wonderful Get Away
The Treehouse on the Stream provided a wonderful location to get away from it all! The cabin has it all and more. We drank coffee on the deck, had cocktails by the stream, dinner on the most amazing rock table and evenings on the swings and in the hot tub.
Great place to hop over to Sundance for a play on the mountain, as well as great hikes. And convenient access to float the Provo river.
The downstairs apartment made it perfect to invite friends at the beginning and family at the end with some time for our family alone in the middle. Everyone commented on how wonderful the cabin and location were.
Already thinking about coming back next year and maybe exploring another one of the mountain cabins. if we can tear ourselves away from the Treehouse.
I had really high expectations for this property, so when I say that it was better than I could have dreamed I hope you can grasp just how wonderful it was!
The entire property was so welcoming from the moment we pulled up to it. From the clearly marked address to the well-lit walkways, it felt like it WANTED us there.
The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked. I LOVED having a wood-burning fireplace. The equipment and prepped firewood made it easy for even me to use it (and I have never started a fire like that in my life!). The WiFi was better than I’ve gotten at other cabins in the area, and they didn’t have a novel of house rules (unlike other houses in the area). The checkin and checkout instructions were clear and intuitive.
Finally, the outdoor amenities were numerous! Their hot tub was obviously well cared for, and was ready for us to use when we arrived.
Absolutely no complaints. 10/5 stars. We will definitely be back!

mice and construction
We were so looking forward to a peaceful & quiet stay at this lovely location. Unfortunately we had loud construction noise on either side of the cabin as 2 homes are being built. This was not mentioned in listing.
On Tuesday night, we noticed mouse droppings in the downstairs apartment on table, kitchenette counter, on stacked towels, and in shower. We notified the owner on Wednesday morning and didn't hear back from her until 8:30 that evening. She stated she would have someone bring towels the next morning (as the the ones downstairs had mice droppings on them and we didn't have enough for all the people we had, 6 people with 4 bath towels and one hand towel.) as well as mice traps. At 9:00 am Thursday she notified us that there was "no one on the mountain" and if we needed more towels we could use the washing machine.
My wife sent the owner a text to ask for a partial refund since we were unable to use a 3rd of the house due to the mice and added that we had 1 quiet no construction noise day. She never responded but within a half an hour 2 people showed up to clean mice droppings, set mouse traps and get us more towels out of a locked closet upstairs.
My wife thanked her for this but informed her that we still wouldn't be using the downstairs due to the mice living there. Again no response.
I messaged her on Friday, detailing the same issues and no response but I did receive a "helpful check out tips" text and email.
Sadly, highly disappointed.

Great stay, very peaceful, excellent communication from host. Lots of very tall shade trees. Enjoyed sitting in the yard listening to the small stream at the edge of the property and watching the wildlife, turkeys, deer, squirrels.
Our family stayed in this fun little cabin for our annual vacation. The kids loved the swings and hot tub, and they loved playing in the creek!

Fantastic rental
Really enjoyed our time here. It was perfect for our family. We loved being right beside the creek. The grassy area in back was perfect for games. It is a great place and we'd love to come back again.
Beautiful property with a very accommodating host that was easy to communicate with. The home was well stocked. Everything went smoothly. We would stay here again.
