We spent a few days here while my son had a football camp. It was close to the university, downtown shops, and grocery store. The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, although the first time my husband showered in the south shower there was an awful smell that lasted about 4-5 hours with the fan going. It only happened that one time. Your place is beautiful and the location is ideal.

Nice new townhouse, near the downtown and conv center. The neighborhood itself is sleek and attractive, and we’d definitely stay again. We enjoyed its convenience, how close good restaurants and shopping was, and it was tidy and comfortable. We lived the quick convenience of a supermarket just over a block away, for both making our own meals and grabbing quick snacks. The only small surprises we had were parking (adjacent street has a 2 hr rule 9-6 weekdays) and that it’s pretty vertical. Main floor is second floor, so up quite a few stairs; then bedrooms were on the 3rd floor. On the upside, it meant our ‘living room balcony’ was second floor with great views of mountains and a pretty good sunset vista.

Charming, Well-Appointed Home in a Prime Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely property. The home is tastefully furnished, with a bright and welcoming open-concept living and dining area, complemented by a large TV—perfect for relaxing evenings. The kitchen is exceptionally well-appointed, featuring a wide array of appliances and a convenient gas stove for those who enjoy cooking. There are two inviting bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size bed that ensured restful sleep. One of the standout features is the ground-level garage with direct access to the house, making unloading and settling in effortless. The location is also excellent: downtown Provo is within walking distance, a large Smith’s supermarket is conveniently located just across the street, and a chic street food spot is right next door, offering a variety of delicious options. The only minor drawback was the slightly noisy air conditioning, but a quick press of a button took care of it. Overall, a delightful place to stay—we would certainly love to return!
