"We HIGHLY recommend Joe and Steve's place...the scones are to die for, the rooms immaculate with comfortable beds, the entire place charming and Steve and Joe friendly, helpful hosts. The Inn is in the perfect part of town but just off Commercial st. so very very quiet. I can't think of a thing that would have made the stay better. I hope to visit PTown and Atlantic Inn again."

"The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! "

"A lovely little inn style room. Very cute and near to the main part of town. No parking with our room which was a shame but would definitely stay again. Lovely hosts too. "

"They had everything we wanted/needed, including a comfortable bed, microwave, continental breakfast, and empty fridge. Outside, there would be plenty of things to do as the weather warms, including swimming, shuffleboard, volleyball and grilling. It was walkable to downtown, but a bit of a hike. The staff was friendly and helpful."
