Great home on beautiful canal!
The location private yet close enough to all great adventures Provo has to offer. We enjoyed the pool, kayaks and bikes. Home was very clean and our property manager offered excellent suggestions to make our trip more enjoyable! Highly recommend This property!!

I Land Time was a perfect house for our family of 4. Size, bedrooms, the pool and location were perfect! We enjoyed the outdoor space and the kayaks, paddle boards and bikes were a great way to stay busy and explore the area. Charlene was great and was very responsive. We loved this property. It had everything we needed. Any issues that came up was handled immediately. We loved having access to the stand up paddle boards and kayaks. We used them every day and the canals had a little activity with boats so no concern when kids went out. We saw lots of sea turtles as well. Great place and highly recommend it.

My friends and i had a great time staying at this property. It provided us with all we needed to have a wonderful time. We kayaked out to the open water and saw plenty of sea turtles and stopped at private beaches. We loved having the bikes to check out the area and run for coffee. Highly recommend this home.

Turks and Caicos did not disappoint!
Perfect location and size for our family of 3! Very clean villa - the outdoor area was amazing! (Pool a little cold). We played corn hole every night! Only 2 bikes so we were disappointed at first but not many safe places to bike ride anyway. Leeward Settlement is the perfect area to stay in when visiting Turks! Would definitely go back!!

Perfect house and beautiful property! More than we could have expected. House was equipped with everything you need. The paddle boards and kayaks were so great to go on the canal and see the sea turtles.. Beautiful beaches close by and easy to get to. Just take some bug spray for when you sit outside at night! Would go back in a heartbeat!

Perfect in every way!
The house is clean, the views are beautiful and the location is excellent. The neighborhood felt very safe and was a short driving distance to everything. The kitchen was well-stocked, there were plenty of towels (beach & bath), the beds were comfortable, Wi-Fi was strong….I can not think of one thing to change or improve. This was the perfect spot. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in paradise
I Land Time is the perfect get away for a couple or a family of four. The location is close to everything, but also away from it all. It’s just a quick 5-10 minute drive to Grace Bay! We loved having access to the kayaks to paddle the canal and even go exploring on the ocean. The pool was great too and even provided a bit of shade. Communication with the host was super easy and fast. Highly recommend!

Heaven for swimmers !
Tidy house, well located. You need a car of course to get to the beaches & restaurants. Access to the channel system is THE highlight. Took an extensive swim every morning - AWESOME !

Perfect Covid Christmas getaway
Stayed here for 6 days with my family of 5 for the week after Christmas. The house was cozy with only two bedrooms but clean and nice. The location in Leeward on the canal was fantastic and close to Grace Bay shops, restaurants and a nice Gourmet grocery store. The house itself has sliding doors that open all the way on both sides out to patio which is so nice to catch the island breezes. We loved kayaking in the canal and swimming in the pool. The location at the end of the canal keeps all boat traffic away. You can see turtles, many fish and some pretty big sand sharks swimming down by the dock. Bring some bug spray if you plan to spend some time out on the patio in the early evening. The house itself is very quaint. The 2 bedrooms were a little tights for my adult teenagers who shared the room. As a result we did use the AC in the evenings. We did go out to eat a bunch of times during our stay but also cooked a fair amount. We really could have used a skillet and baking pan. Pancakes and bacon making on Christmas morning was a challenge without them. We loved the location and enjoyed our stay very much. Shenequa Cushnie from TCI Blue properties was our ambassador. She was very helpful with all our questions especially during all the covid uncertainty. We had a blast and can't wait to be back. The property was lovely. NOTE: The driveway with all the rocks was a challenge and really could use paving.

Honeymoon!

Private Pool Paradise
I Land Time villa was an excellent choice for my husband and me for our week in Provo. We absolutely loved the private pool; we spent hours in it daily, sipping wine or the local Turks Head lager (in reusable plastic tumblers of course!) The home was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The views of the canal only add to the beauty of the gorgeous setting, comprised of lots of palm trees and bougainvillea. We rented a car and drive to dinner in Grace Bay each day, which is only about five minutes away. For us, the privacy of having our own pool outweighed being on the beach because we visited many different beaches throughout our stay. Definitely consider I Land Time Villa for your vacation in Provo!

Amazing rental!
What a great little house, we would rent it again! It was just perfect for our family of two adults and two kids. The house is stocked with fun water toys and outdoor games, a hammock, bikes, and a private pool! We loved the location right on the canal with beautiful water views every day. And the house is just a few minutes' drive to Grace Bay restaurants and shops. [A note on the house layout: both bedrooms have openings high up on the wall that provide air flow into the great room, so while each bedroom has visual privacy from the rest of the house, there really isn't sound privacy.]

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was clean and fully equipped. Being on the canal was wonderful and we were in close proximity to many beaches and restaurants. The property manager was very responsive to questions and was happy to share info about beaches and restaurants in the area. The only downside was that the bikes were not in very good shape. Two were not functional so our family of four could not go out together.

My family of 4, plus my father-in-law just stayed at I-Land Time Villa over Christmas break. The property has very comfortable beds & pillows. We all slept amazingly well. Being on the canal was amazing to kayak over to the mangroves, iguana island etc. We also loved the location. Within 5 minutes of Graceway Gourmet & Salt Mills Plaza for many restaurant options. Sunset beach was so close & awesome for shelling. We love TCI & will definitely recommend this property to friends & family!

My wife and I are "regulars" of TCI; we typically enjoy these paradise islands twice a year. This Provo property is superb; we are now going for a second time to this property. It is very comfortable and functional, immaculately clean, and offers several indoor and outdoor spaces to have a great time. It is clear that the owner/management team thought very deeply about how to make visitors happy so we can start enjoying Provo right away including folding beach chairs, beach umbrella, kayaks, and paddle boards. The communication with Charlene and the management team has always been super smooth and we have no words to thank them for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication.

Everything we hoped for and more!
This vacation home is exactly as described and just as clean and well equipped as the photos show. We so enjoyed the kayaks and SUPs in the crystal clear canals and went on a few long paddles exploring beaches and mangroves, and meeting the sea turtles. The pool was absolutely perfect for resting after our adventures and having lunches and drinks on the deck. We also used the bicycles for rides to Pelican Beach and they worked fine although the salty air has made them a bit worn out. The sliding doors in the main living area were great for letting the ocean breeze in and we only used AC in the bedrooms at night. Comfy beds, linens and plenty of kitchen amenities. We did rent a car and we were glad to have it because the home is away from the main tourist area which was ideal. It was a perfect home base for our snorkeling, scuba diving, dining and sightseeing adventures! It is very private and so much better than sitting around in a crowded resort. Highly recommended!

Fabulous House for Vacation in Paradise!
Our family of 4 stayed a week and we could not have been happier! The house was amazing in every way and is even better than the photos could capture. We used the 4 bikes to go everywhere, including to Grace Bay and the beaches. We kayaked and paddleboarded right outside of the house in the canals with the 6 that they provided us (2 doubles, 2 singles, 2 paddleboards) to secluded beaches & the market. We snorkeled every day with the masks they provided. We swam constantly in the pool. Honestly, the house and proximity to everything, coupled with all of the toys, could not have been any better in our opinion. The house itself had everything, including a grill and a ninja to make frozen margaritas in, indoor and outdoor shower, tons of seating at the pool, and great beds. We also saw the turtle in the photos (2 of them) right in the canal. Fabulous place, terrific host who waited for us to get there at night when our flight got delayed, and mid-week cleaning, which was great. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will be back for sure! Thank you for making our 20th wedding anniversary vacation with our family so special!

My husband and I stayed at the I Land Time Villa for our honeymoon for a few days in May 2019. The place was absolutely perfect for us! We loved the privacy, pool, full kitchen and canal access. It was quiet for the most part; there was lots of construction happening during the daytime though. It was also very helpful to be able to do laundry. The villa was well equipped for adventurers like us! We rented a car and were told to pack it up with items from the place such as a cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc. Super convenient! There were a few hiccups though. First was the energy allowance of $150. Shenequa was our contact for most of our stay & the person who did our orientation once we arrived; she was very helpful and nice. She took the meter reading but she couldn’t help with how much electricity we could use or tell us how it’s calculated. We called her the following day to give her the new meter number so we could determine how much we were using and in turn could ration for the remainder of our stay but she was unable to help us or explain how the usage is calculated. It seemed sketchy to us and trying to avoid penalty fees, we conserved as much as we could. Further, our other contact Alonso wasn’t around when we needed to check out so we never found out how much we used. This would be a very helpful thing for guests staying to know! Since we were conserving energy, we kept the ACs off for most of the time which was uncomfortable for us at times - it was very hot & humid when we were there, especially when we were sleeping. The last two days we stayed the island had some pretty bad weather storms which resulted in power loss for a few hours. Apparently this is common and not only our place but the whole island loses power when this happens. Not their fault but something to consider. Two of four of the bikes had flat tires when we arrived. We were told they would get fixed but no one ever came so we were not able to use these. We were asked to give some suggestions on how to make the place better. First would be a way to calculate the power usage and second would be screen doors. During the day it was fine to have ACs off and all windows & doors open but once the sun started to go down, the bugs became a problem. All in all, we loved I Land Time villa and would highly recommend it! If we come back to Turks we would definitely pick this place again!

Nice place but poor management
This home is well provisioned and located in a beautiful area. We enjoyed the home thoroughly but had problems with the local management company. When we arrived, 2 of the 4 bicycles at the home had flat tires. We contacted the management company who agreed to reimburse us if we repaired the one bicycle that had a blown tube and tire (the other only had a slow leak and could still be used). Unfortunately, after providing the management company with the repair receipt, they said they could no longer agree to reimburse us. The discussion escalated to Alonzo who is a manager with the property management company, and he agreed to have his accounting staff contact us to implement the reimbursement. This, however, has not occurred yet (8 days since speaking to Alonzo). I would caution anyone considering staying at this residence.

Thank you for staying at I Land Time villa where numerous guests have stayed and had raved reviews. It is unfortunate that your written threats to us that you would write a bad review because you burst the bicycle tire, drove it to the repair shop without informing us, paid $89 dollars and only told us two (2) days before your departure, demanding a refund?? You also threatened in writing that if you did not get the refund you would write us a bad review and here it is. This is not what vacation is about. TCI Blue works hard to ensure all our guests are comfortable and available at anytime. The signed Liability Statement which you signed on arrival, clearly state that if a damage/loss occurs because of your negligence you will be charged. You therefore took it to fix at your expense to avoid this charge and did not report the damage at the time. Also, all the bikes on arrival were in fit condition and at no point did anyone agree to pay for the damages you cause with a shredded tire that had to be completely replaced. These bicycles are new and I urge other viewers to see the reivews prior from other guests with no issues regarding the Management company or bikes. We provide 4 well maintained bicycles for the guests use complimentary, they are inspected after a departure and before an arrival. We ask in orientation that any issues be reported to the Property manager immediately and we are on call 24/7. This is a matter of principe and respecting others property, not the money. Put yourself in our position. TCI Blue Management

Private canal villa with annoying dogs
I land time was a nice place overall.This is our 8th visit to Turks and Caicos and we wanted to try the Leeward side. Life on the canal was private and enjoyable. The house is as described. You are at least 20 minute walk to the beach, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for a beach vacation. You MUST get a car or be prepared for cab costs to town for about 40 dollars return. When our family travels we use a house like our own with that in mind the house could use a dishwasher. Our biggest issue were the dogs across the canal. We love dogs and I know this is out of the owners responsibility but barking dogs at 2 am and throughout the day and night is unacceptable it is for this reason I would ensure the next occupants address this prior to arrival.

Thank you for your review and stay at I Land Time. This is the first issue with barking dogs as Leeward has a policy of dogs being indoors after dusk. We will follow up to see what happened here. Driving to the beach is under 4 minutes but if walking, yes Pelican Beach is about 20 minutes away. Taxis on the island are costly and charge per way per person so be sure to factor in rental costs when you decide on your vacation spot. Our location lends to being just outside of Grace Bay , yet close enough to over 75 restaurants and bars. We welcome you to experience this side of Paradise and see what the buzz is all about. Fantastic villa on the canal !!
I Land Time Villa was wonderful, relaxing and very clean. We enjoyed kayaking in the canal ,swimming in the pool and biking to the coffee shop in the morning. The outdoor grill and the outside bar were put to use every day. We also enjoyed biking to Pelican Beach a 5 minute ride such a quiet and amazing beach. And the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this colorful villa. The staff was always there if we had a question. We will be back :))

We loved Island Time. The property was just as described. The location worked perfectly for us.
Just returned from Turks and Caicos after a perfect week. Island Time was clean and well maintained. Schenequa met us on arrival and was very helpful. We had a few special requests and she helped make those happen. We loved being right on the canal and having our own pool. The kayaks, paddle boards , and bikes were a great perk. We used them everyday. The location was exactly what we wanted. We went to different beaches everyday. Our only complaint was the loud barking dogs nearby. We will definitely stay at Island Time again.

Wonderful property, great stay!
Our family of 6 really enjoyed our stay at I Land Time. The house is well equipped, very clean and in a convenient, safe, quiet location. We were only a 5 minute drive from the Leeward beaches and 10 minutes from the shopping, dining and amazing beaches at Grace Bay. We loved paddle boarding and kayaking in the channel and watching the sea turtle who swam by occasionally. We rented a car, which we would highly recommend, and found the drive around the island to be easy and fun. Don't worry about driving on the left side if you're from the states - we adapted in about 3 miles. We explored Smith Reef, Bight Reef, and Long Bay. We stopped at the IGA Grocer, bought necessities, and then had breakfast and sometimes lunch or dinner at the house. We enjoyed meals out at Pizza, Pizza, Shark Bite, Danny Buoys, Mango Reef Restaurant (our favorite!) and Bugaloos. If you're on the island on Thursdays, its definitely worth the trip to the Fish Fry at Bight Beach Park! Shenequa was available to help us at any time, though the house was so well equipped we really didn't need anything. We also appreciated the help of Alonzo, who hooked us up with beach umbrellas and gave us great directions to a quiet spot at Bight Reef. We will definitely visit Turks & Caicos again and would be very happy to stay at I Land Time. Enjoy!

This villa was perfect. Very clean and the outdoor private pool, pergola, gas grill, was amazing !!
Our experience was fantastic and very relaxing. We enjoyed kayaking in the beautiful canal from the private dock swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hammock on the pool deck. I Land Time Villa is EVERYTHING and more. We also enjoyed kayaking to the market for coffee in the morning. We would love to revisit this lovely villa very soon :))))

Amazing Stay!
I Land Time was a perfect location close to everything! The corner location was everything....it was an amazing stay at this place. I would totally stay here again. Cady who was there upon our arrival/departure was very attentive to us during our stay and informative. I can't say enough about this place it was just perfect. The cons: TCI company wasn't on top of their game - Charlene was my initial contact who was great, however, she left for vacation and didn't communicate well with the team she left behind because she kept trying to charge our card again for the balance we had already paid while she was on vacation. Had that card swipe gone through we would be broke for our vacation as she was trying to swipe it while we were already there vacationing and that was really upsetting that it could have been a possibility. My issue is she emailed more than once after I had already informed her the first time it was paid and she still continued to try and swipe the card MUST PAY MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Second con was the popping up to our location we had two instances. One was Cady who showed up to make sure we were ok because the day before the paintings on the wall fell and hit me on the head. They were light, however, the corner of the painting must have hit me because i had a small lump on my head from it and it hurt. I was also disappointed that the reaction to my mentioning of it was told to me as if i could not have possibly been hurt because the paintings were very light. If i had a small bump don't you think the impact would have hurt? I get why Cady popped up the next day to check on me, however, a phone call is necessary never ok to just show up she had the best intentions I'm sure but it's important to respect ones privacy especially with this villa being glad to ceiling windows and open space. With that, the next door neighbor also popped into our backyard emptying out the filter of the pool i'm not sure WHY he would do this especially seeing our car parked there but it was unacceptable especially because i was undressed in the open but lucky for me i was spared the embarrassment because he didn't see us i seen him and ran quickly. *The two cons is the only reason i didn't give it a full 5 stars. The place was truly amazing and perfect.

With the attention to detail the Property Manager tried to reach on your cell to no avail and out of concern came by, we are sorry to have made you feel unhappy. Learning from this we now ask the guests 'what is the best way to reach them while here, text, WhatsApp, call or email". The payment issues got sorted and was a result of credit card/bank authorisation. We are happy that I Land Time was amazing for you and happy you said while here, you are having a great time. Very nice and comfortable Villa!
The property is awesome! Loved using the pool and outdoor shower. Nice pergola over part of the pool to stay in the shade. Nice canal front. Fun kayaking the canals and around to the other side! Shenequa, the property manager was very responsive and helpful with tips about the island and things to do. Would highly recommend.

Great place!
The house was great! Great location, great neighborhood, easy to find, very clean, great condition, awesome outdoor space, peaceful, relaxing, all the amenities you need, plus others. Loved having the kayaks and paddle boards to go out to the water and explore. Very easy to get out to the ocean from the canal on the kayaks. Ferry dock is really close as is Grace Bay (5 minutes). Definitely need a rental car of staying there. Only recommendation is getting a gas grill for the property. Other than that, it was truly perfect!

Perfect is how I describe our Vacation , we loved the location , the Villa was beautiful and loved the pool and all the kayack’s and paddle boards. One of the other things that was really great was Shenequa , she really stepped up and told us so much about the island , where to go and what to see, and I think we did everything on the map. Another great stay on TCI!
Great villa directly on the canal. Four adults (two couples) stayed here for 5 days and had a wonderful time. The only thing lacking is a small gas grill. I was concerned about only one shower for 4 adults, but it was really no problem at all. We really enjoyed the kayaks. We took them out to the mangroves and saw baby lemon sharks, puffers, and bone fish. The island is so small, the Villa is close to everything! Manager was helpful, but stayed out of the way. Neighbors Debby and Terry are sweethearts! Also enjoyed pool floating mats. We took them to the beaches and sunbathed on them! Great time on a gorgeous island!!

Your own little piece of paradise
My husband and I just celebrated our 15 year wedding anniversary at I Land Time Villa. The outdoor living space provided lots of opportunity for us to enjoy the view of the canal and the amazing Carribean breeze at any time of day. The pergola provided the perfect amount of sun and shade! The villa had everything we needed, Ashley, the property manger even fulfilled my request for a hair dryer! We loved having the bikes, paddleboards, kayaks and snorkeling gear available to us! The bed was very comfortable too! We absolutely loved our stay here and can't wait to come back!

We had so much fun at I Land Time villa !!!
My family could not have picked a better place to enjoy our vacation :)) This colorful villa was everything we could of asked for. Loved having the pool and the kayaks to enjoy the leeward canal its something we enjoyed everyday ! The villa had all the amenities for a comfortable stay . Pelican beach was our favorite beach which is only 5 minutes away although Grace Bay Beach was also amazing and rated #1 beach in the world. We are looking forward to return to the Turks and Caicos Islands sometime soon and would love to stay at I Land Time again :))))))
