Best location on the Island
Great stay, short walk to just about everything. Beach is spectacular. Condo had most everything you could need except extra trash bags, bring a couple with you. Overall a fantastic time. Local gourmet grocery store had great selection of fresh juices and prepared foods. Would recommend.

Great condo and location
My wife and I stayed at Seas the Day condo for a week. It was a great choice. So convenient to everything. We walked to most place to eat. Shay’s cafe right next store has great breakfast. If you are a runner, there is a good sidewalk right in front of the condo that provides access to safe running. The condo was clean and the screened in patio was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing after a day at the beach. Appreciated the drying rack on the patio as well. The walk to the beach is a few minutes but totally fine and easy. Umbrella, chairs, and a small and large cooler are provided. The chairs are really nice with pockets to make it easier to take snacks and extra stuff to the beach. Communication was great and overall a perfect place to stay. There is also gated parking which added an extra feeling of security. If you are thinking of booking this place, you will be happy with it.

A bit disappointing.
On day one we found out that the beach umbrella provided did not work, so we spent our time on the beach without any shade. Then we had no hot water which required an electrician to fix. And finally there was a problem with the toilet which required someone to come and help with.

Mr. Steven, the previous guest never complained the beach umbrella was broken, and our maintenance guy cleaned before your arrival said that was not broken, The Hot water is beyond our control and the toilet, however it was fixed when you had said there was a problem.

Great Location
The condo is in Grace Bay close to shops and restaurants. The interior is starting to look a little tired but for the price and location it’s really good. The beach is just behind the condo maybe a 3 minute walk.

Great Stay
We had a wonderful stay in Turks and Caicos at this condo. The condo was exactly as it was described in the listing. The communication with the host was great. The unit was very clean. It was located in the perfect spot for a great stay. The beach entrance was extremely close and there were many great restaurants and stores within walking distance as well. We look forward to returning here again soon!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The unit was comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The screened-in porch extends the living space. We spent much of our time relaxing there. The unit is close to shopping, cafes, restaurants and a quick walk to the beautiful beach. Groceries were a 10 minute walk. We also enjoyed the onsite pool area and barbecue which are directly accessible from the unit. We would definitely choose this location again.

Relaxing Stay at Carpe Diem
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carpe Diem Luxury Condos. The best feature to us was that it was located close to the beach, entertainment and shopping. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends.

Terrific place to stay
It was our first time to T&C and we did not rent a car. Carpé Diem was an excellent choice. All that we needed was within walking distance. It was even closer to the beach than we anticipated and we greatly appreciated the chairs and cooler provided. The condo was perfect for us. We loved having a washer/dryer and all of the promised amenities were exactly as described. One note to other first timers: we bought what we needed for breakfast in the condo, but there really aren't basic cooking components like spices, foil, cooking oil etc. We did not really expect those, but sometimes they are found at a VRBO. Given the astonishing cost of goods in T&C, we couldn't justify buying everything needed to cook other meals during a six day stay. That's more of a (hopefully) helpful hint. Just to be clear, there are plenty of utensils, pans, plates, and glasses. There was detergent, soap, paper towels and napkins. This property is an A+ in our book, and we will try to book here again next time.

Great stay!
Had a great time in TCI. This condo is perfectly located, and well furnished with amenities. We used the beach chairs and umbrella every day. It’s a quick walk to the beach which was exactly what we wanted. Would recommend this condo!

Amazing property in the heart of Grace Bay beach!
This property is in a great location and has everything you need! 5 minute walk to Grace Bay Beach and shops/restaurants literally outside the front door! The condo had everything you'd need for your stay. The drying rack on the porch was a nice added touch to dry our bathing suits and towels after a day at the beach.

Paradise!
This is a beautiful property that was spacious and clean. The accommodations were as described. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cooking items that were needed, we ate in most days. (Be prepared, food on the island is expensive!) It was a short walk (within minutes) to the beach, restaurants, shopping and groceries. We did not rent a car but took a taxi home from the airport and a few times to travel to Coral Gardens and Smith's Reef snorkeling, but walked home by way of the beach from both spots! The property provided a lot of the little extras like beach chairs, outdoor towels, a mini-cooler w/ wheels (great for transporting your groceries), etc. There were only 2 downfalls for us: First it was a little too close to the "night life" of Grace Bay. A few times there was loud music playing during the night, but luckily didn't last long. The second was our balcony never seemed to have a breeze. This may be because of the time of year, I'm not sure, but we could see the trees right off the balcony swaying, so we didn't spend as much time out there as we would have liked. The pool area was great, never more than a few people there and most of the time we were there by ourselves. It has great sitting areas for eating or playing cards, and ample loungers by the pool. All in all, we had a great stay and loved Turks and Caicos!

Wonderful stay
I needed a small place for a short stay to visit with friends. We enjoyed our stay here. They had everything you could need for a beach holiday. Coolers Umbrella, Chairs where in the entrance closet. We put this in the car so we wouldn't have to carry to the beach each trip. Parking right around the corner, was at the beach entrance. The condo itself was very comfortable, we had everything we needed, washer dryer, dishwasher, full kitchen, roomy balcony, perfect size, great price for a last minute visit . Glad I found it!!

Amazing location!
Was our first time on the island and we couldn’t be any happier with our room and location of property. Judy was there to welcome us and show us the property. She was also amazing with anything we needed while there.Room is exactly as show in pictures. Plenty of storage space, full kitchen and a grill downstairs to make some meals. Big screened porch to enjoy your coffee any time of the day. We also rented a car which next time we won’t. You basically don’t need it. Everything was 5 min walking distance. The beach (3min walk) convenient store and gym (across the street) places to eat all around there. Best favorite oven pizza was at pizza pizza and best burger was at big Al’s bar and grill . We love that the gym was across the street also, Wrightfully Fit had all equipment you need. Definitely will be going back!!!

Judy, our Property Managet was gracious and responded promptly to my questions prior to arrival.
Excellent location, walkable to everything, kitchen had absolutely everything, including grapefruit spoons. Judy was most helpful, though she had done such a great job upfront, prior to our arrival, we did not need to connect until the very end, when we need a little wiggle room, before our departure, and she was most accommodating. I recommend this VRBO to anyone who is looking for a fabulous place to stay in Grace Bay. Beach access was easy and a beautiful turquoise playground, with every accessory to take to the beach morning, afternoon or evening, simply perfect. Restaurants and the grocery store were easily walkable, delicious, and we were happy never to leave to venture out any further than our legs would take us. The bed was just a bit too soft for my comfort but I was happy to sleep on the couch Steve had the bed to himself...the sheets were soft and again perfect. Loved the fact we had a washer and dryer, That was a big plus...a dishwasher as well but we never used. I give thus VRBO 5 stars and looking forward to returing...you will not be disappointed.

Perfect Location
Our week at Seas the Day in Carpe Diem in Grace Bay gave us the best of everything. The condo was a short walk from the beautiful beach on which the Ritz Carlton is located. It was spacious and had made us feel we were actually living there. We spent every day on the beach and enjoyed cooking breakfast and even a few dinners. The screened porch protected us from mosquitoes at night and the cool breeze made it a comfortable place to enjoy coffee and cocktails. We will definitely stay there again in the future!

Excellent Location
Condo was clean and accurately depicted in online listing. No need for a car as everything you need is within walking distance. Able to check in early which was a huge bonus. A little noisy during day d/t construction behind and a renovation in condo, but not the owner's fault. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Our stay was amazing - we were within walking distance to everything! 1 block to the beach, 4 blocks to the grocery store, multiple restaurants within 1 or 2 blocks, bike rental across the street! Our condo even had a cell phone to use for local calls! It was very well equipped, nice pool, and a beautiful balcony for morning coffee and evening glass of wine! Would definitely go back! LOVE Turks!

A good stay
This was our first trip to Turks & Caicos & here is our breakdown: Check in: We were met at the room on arrival & it was easy & very informative. Room: Exactly like it is presented on the website. A very nice 1 bedroom apartment. Our only issue was the light coming through the windows in the bedroom in the early morning even with the shades closed. It gets light very early & I woke up each morning. Sunrise is around 6 but it is light much earlier. Beach: The sea is similar to Aruba with active waves that can be fairly large at times and although the water is clear, the rough surf causes cloudiness from the sand a good ways out. TCI also has trade winds that blow hard all day like Aruba & I always feel rough after these winds blow in my face all day. Beach chairs: This is a problem if you are older or have a difficult time getting up from a low chair. The chairs (not loungers) sink into the sand and your knees are higher than your waist. I am 56 & in very good shape & it was a bit difficult for me to get up. Carrying the chairs & towels on a 6 minute walk to the beach was not fun & you will be run off the loungers owned by other hotels that are located on the beach. We decided it wasn't worth the hassle & stayed around the pool except when we wanted to swim & we would just take towels with us to dry off before coming back. This was the first time we have not stayed at the beach all day while on a beach vacation. Sitting around the pool when not at the beach did have its advantages, bathroom, food, no major wind, so it wasn't so bad. Food: The food ranged from good to excellent but we ate at the high end restaurants. Food & wine is very, very expensive compared to the other islands we have been to. Other: Ask for a key to go along with the keypad. The batteries went dead in the keypad & we were locked out for over an hour before contact could be made & someone came to unlock the door. Overall: We had a very nice trip & will have to weigh our TCI experience against our other island trips when we decide to make our next beach excursion.

Great One Bedroom Condo
Everything that was detailed in the description of condo was true to form. Condo very well equipped if you want to do any cooking during your stay. Centrally located approx. 1 block from Grace Bay Beach. Condo complex is small, only 8 units but that is what we prefer. Very quiet. Walking distance to grocery store and to restaurants. This was out 4th visit to Provo and my husband was diving every day, so we did not rent a car on this trip. We were very happy with our choice of renting at Carpe Diem!

We were very pleased with our accommodations and stay at Carpe Diem. It was our first time to and Caicos and the location was perfect. It is within walking distance to may shops, restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. The management team were available at all times and very pleasant and helpful. Perfect location. Judy and Basia were fabulous!
Very happy with this condo. This is our second time to Provo and first time staying on Grace Bay. This condo is located on the second floor of a small three floor complex. This complex has only about 12 units and is very quiet. You have all the amenities of home — full kitchen, dishwasher, washer and dryer. You have access to a nice pool and deck and BBQ. The location is ideal. You can walk to the beach in a couple minutes and take the beach chairs and umbrella provided with the condo. There are many wonderful restaurants essentially right outside your door. We recommend the Sandbox (casual), Bouchon du Village (fine), and Mother’s Pizza (who doesn’t love pizza!). Next door from your condo is a great coffee shop — LMN2GO. Graceway Gourmet is a great grocery store about an easy 5 minute stroll away. And if you want to take a puppy for a walk, the Potcake rescue and adoption agency is directly across from your condo. When we here, they had more puppies to walk than people to walk them. We did not rent a car this time on the island and did not feel we needed it. However, if you rent a car, this condo has ample parking and an automatic gate that closes in the evening. The people in Provo are very nice and the island is very safe (way safer then my city in Canada!). Thanks to Judy and Basia for being very welcoming and being available immediately to answer any question or to help in anyway. We will be back!
