Wife & I had 2-wk stay Mar 4-19. Had 6 days with no water for up to 12 hrs at a time – kept us from flushing toilet, washing hands, showering, etc. Many T&C resorts & condos (even some homes) have a cistern or similar water reserve system to maintain constant source of water if supply from water utility provider ceases. Vista Azul has NO such back-up water system. Provo Water announced ongoing outages. View their website for details. Owner/host doesn’t live in T&C. Despite being 1000+ miles away she was quick & responsive in all communications, incl. coffee maker replacement within 24 hrs of our notification. 2 suggestions: bring sleep mask & ear plugs. Even with curtains closed (no black-out shade) the lights from condos on other side of Lower Bight Rd. illuminate the unit interior to the point where a sleep mask is necessary. A/C works fine, but every time it cycles on, the compressor makes very annoying high-pitched ringing sound for 20-30 sec that can keep you awake at night. Wear ear plugs to bed or you’ll be sleep-deprived. Best part of our visit was crisscrossing the island doing diversity of things. Worst part of our visit was returning to La Vista Azul at end of day and encountering a recurring absence of water along with the lighting/noise challenges of getting a good-night-sleep. Would we stay here again? NO. Would we recommend staying here? NO. To borrow a phrase from Arnold Schwarzenegger, when packing up and leaving, we found ourselves saying “HASTA LA VISTA!”

In my 7 years of hosting I have NEVER encountered guests such as this. My 107 Five Star reviews speak for themselves. My husband and I just returned from there after 2 weeks. Provo water is working on improvements. It was of NO inconvenience to us. Unfortunately, I have no control over city water. We also ran the AC the whole time we were there and never heard any high pitched sound. And we slept just fine with the drapes we have and the outdoor lighting. These guests attempted to book at Seven Stars after 2 days of water interruption but they were also full. If they wanted to pay 4-5 times more per night, they should have booked there in the first place. To all hosts. Stay away from these guests.

Great Getaway!
Wonderful stay! Unit as well as the entire property area was very clean and well maintained. Unit had everything we needed with fully equipped kitchen. Owner had great recommendations for things to do & places to go. Also appreciated the recommendation to bring some food things (e.g. coffee, granola bars, tuna/mayo) from home as food is expensive both in grocery stores and restaurants. If you are looking for a quieter area which is still near beaches and Smiths Reef, this is a great place and a short drive to Grace Bay with more resorts and activity.

The Studio was impressive. It’s perfect for a single person or couple. Everything inside of it was just like described on Vrbo. Though you are not right on the beach, the view of the Ocean from the balcony was wonderful. Having a full-sized refrigerator with freezer in the kitchen was great. The bed was good, and the water for showering stayed hot. There were no issues with the Wi-Fi. The television was fine, though I would have liked a few more channel options (i.e. Sports channels NFL, Golf, etc. 😊) from the cable service used. About a week before the visit Cindy did an excellent job of providing information about the unit, including very detailed instructions for driving or taking a cab from the airport to the Condo. If you are planning on seeing different parts of Turtle Cove and Grace Bay, along with going to Supermarket and seeing other parts of Providenciales I would encourage you to rent a vehicle prior to arrival, at the airport. There is parking at the building. If you are coming from U.S. and rent a car, be aware that you drive to the left. Also know that if heavy rain comes during your visit, some of the roads flood.

Great location
First time to Provo and I'm glad we stayed in a condo that has so many walkable restaurants and beaches. Condo was clean and comfortable, a little small but it's a studio. Condo facility is well kept with beautiful landscaping. Spacious balcony is nice with great view of ocean-little noisy due to being right above pool. Major appliances worked well, washer and dryer was awesome. Bed is queen size but comfortable. Bathroom was nice with plenty of towels, washcloths and hand towels. Lots of beach stuff: beach towels (could use a couple more only 3), couple Tommy Bahama lounge chairs, and couple of coolers. Condo could use a few miscellaneous things: pen, notepad, new broom for sweeping sand, scissors, more kitchen towels (only 4), new toaster-current one burns toast on side of bread, and a water filter-either Brita pitcher or one on faucet. We enjoyed our stay at La Vista Azul.

Amazing!!
Cindy's place was just amazing! The pictures give a great accurate representation. The view is just amazing every morning. It was the perfect size condo for me alone, but I would have felt like we had plenty of room if somebody stayed with me. It was a little bit hard at first when I didn't have a car. But I quickly figured out the fastest way to get taxis and then it was super easy to get around.

We loved the studio apartment style setting where everything was within close proximity. The parking and elevator were very conveniently located to the unit. Unit was clean and well taken care of. The owner was very accessible in providing any information requested. This place had all the necessary supplies for a fun day at the beach…towels, snorkel gear, beach chairs, beach bag, boogie boards, various coolers complete with frozen ice packs. We ate most of our meals either in the unit or packed them to bring with us to the beach. The walk to the beach was doable but we opted to drive since we often carried a lot of stuff with us. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Week!!
Cindy's condo is exactly as the pictures look!! It is beautifully decorated, clean, and a wonderful set-up. I cannot even describe the views-breathtaking!! We chose to eat-in and eat out. We brought quite a bit of food items with us at Cindy's suggestion. What a great help with food/grocery costs! We used all of the appliances in our stay. :) We chose not to rent a car, but feel when we return, we would re-visit it. We were fortunate to find a local retired teacher who runs a taxi service, and was very affordable! We visited Grace Bay for the day and beached and shopped. It is beautiful there! We ate at Castaways, which was a nice linner. We attended the local fish fry, which was also a wonderful experience. We went parasailing and catamaran sailing with snorkeling all through Ocean Vibes. What wonderful crews and well set-up excursions!! Thank you Cindy!! We will definitely be back!!

Exceptional experience
Everything about the studio exceeded our expectations! We were close to the beach, grocery store and restaurants but yet not in the hustle and bustle of Grace Bay. The studio was very clean and had all the conveniences of home. It was peaceful and very safe and cozy. The view was breathtaking of the pristine ocean. Communication with the owner was exceptional. She also had several on point recommendations for enjoying our stay. The only downside? We had to leave! But we will be back again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. We rented a car to explore the beaches and have dinner at a few of our favourite places. We’ve been to TCI several times and it was our first time staying at Vista Azul but not our last!

I read a lot of the reviews of this unit before booking. I was surprised that so many people rated it 5/5. This was hard to believe, however after staying there believe them. The unit was perfect for the two of us, super clean, safe and very quiet at night. Walking distance to several very good restaurants. Plus, the AC was great! The complex itself seems brand new and is immaculate. Do suggest renting a car.

We had an amazing stay. The gate code was changed but we were able to contact Cindy immediately and she gave us the new code. Other than that a couple of towels were needed and she was able to assist with that. Everything was great! We were close to everything, a rental car will definitely help getting around. 5-10 min drive to all places.

There are several places to stay at this complex. What makes this one a step above is the owner and the extras. Directions, what to do, chairs, cooler, snorkel gear are all there to use. You save time and $$ EE this condo and it’s got the best view. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our stay here. The owner communicated promptly and was very detailed prior to our arrival. The unit was clean and the view over Turtle Cove was gorgeous. The provided beach chairs and snorkeling gear are a great amenity. It allowed us to travel all over the island without worry and enjoy all of the great beaches and snorkeling spots. Everything was super set up and we could want for nothing in the accommodation. Perfect for a relaxing, tranquil, beautiful holiday after waiting 2 years over covid 19 regulations!!! Cynthia is so nice as a host and will answer literally any questions ASAP on What'sapp which is great for no UK mobile phone roaming charges. The studio was super clean,cosy,homely and the balcony overlooking the sea view was terrific! So nice having a peaceful coffee in the morning and a Martini in the evening watching the sea! Highly recommend and already planning to book my dates next year. Thank you ever so much Cynthia for the best tonic to a horrible covid restricted 2 years in the UK. x

Great location!
Great location and close to Smith’s Reef and Bight Reef. We saw sea turtle’s, fish and eagle ray’s at Smith’s and fish at Bight. Bight is next to Somewhere restaurant which was pretty good. We rented a car to get us around the island. Condo was in a great proximity to everything we wanted to do. Condo had all we needed…gym has old equipment which we only went to once. You can’t go wrong with the beaches in Turks…water was amazing.

Home away from home in Paradise
This is the best VRBO we have ever stayed in. Cindy has made this condo feel so welcoming. The location is great & the view is incredible ……I already miss waking up to it! You have everything you need & more. We rented a car so we could visit all the beaches on Provo but you have Smiths Reef & The Bight right out your front door what more could you ask for. A week in paradise!
The place has a great view of the water and Grace bay beach. We had a great time. Has nice beach chairs and snorkel gear. We rented a car and everything is a very short drive. There are four restaurants that are in walking distance and all are very good. Wonderful location that is gated and has private parking. The place is well appointed and has what you need. We cooked eggs and coffee and enjoyed the great view on the balcony in the mornings. Spent the days on the beach. The place has two very nice pools and a hot tub. The bathroom in the room was very nice and clean and bedding was comfortable. Wonderful trip, Thanks Cindy!

Beautiful studio with everything you need for a wonderful island retreat. Two heated pools, jacuzzi, and a short walk to the public beach. Washer/dryer and a full kitchen help you feel right at home. Short car ride to local grocery, specialty shops, and restaurants. Amazing views of the gorgeous water.

It was just the right size for two people and had everything we needed including beach gear. Lovely view of the water and very nice complex. There is no elevator from the front street up to the building and have to walk many stairs, but not a hard climb. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Quiet Retreat with a View
We were very pleased with the property. It met all of our needs. While not directly on the beach, the beach is easily reachable on foot via a beach access which is a short walk from the front of the property. Just off this beach are several reefs for snorkeling. The condo unit has quality snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, and coolers for use by the renters. The condo unit itself has a full kitchen (with a full size refrigerator), bed, sitting area, and outdoor terrace with a wonderful ocean view. The condo community includes two pools (one immediately below the unit's terrace) and a hot tub. There is plenty of parking on site and there is no place on the island that is not a short drive away (should you be inclined to explore). The unit owners are very responsive and supplied a lot of useful information in advance of our visit. We highly recommend this property to any couples looking for a place to enjoy a quiet and restful get-a-way.

Beautiful condo close to everything!
My boyfriend and I just spent 10 days at this condo and it was all we could have ever asked for. The owner was responsive and extremely helpful before we even got to the island. Check in was a breeze and the place itself was great. A studio in Turtle cove, great for a couple or a small family as there is a small pull out couch. She left everything we needed for the beach which made the trip even better. We rented a car to be able to explore the island and I’m glad we did. That being said, there is a great beach just 5 mins walking and some great restaurants as well. Can’t wait to come back.

Comfortable and well equipped condo
This property was EXTREMELY clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook various meals throughout our stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well stocked with plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper etc. The location was 10 min to Grace Bay and Chalk Sound and only 5 minutes to The Bright. The owner was very responsive and helpful. We highly enjoyed the stay!

Clean, convenient, and nicely located.
It's a one bed studio with a very comfortable queen bed that is perfect for a couple to base their stay in TCI. This was our second trip and both times we stayed here (see my previous review of Cynthia's place from 2018). It's got plenty of towels, kitchen gadgets, and beach stuff to make things easy. Balcony over looks the pool with a direct view of the beach which is about a 10 minute walk away. The place is great if you want to get away and chill out. This review was written during COVID. We got our COVID negative test from CVS and they said 2-5 days and we had the results in 24 hours so all good there. TCI authorization requires travel insurance, and we went with World Atlas which uses United Healthcare. It was $50 for 6 days. They want you to upload the 50 page summary of the policy and not the 6 page document that you get in your email when you pay. Cynthia gets her's from someplace else and I'd probably take her advise next time. TCI responded within 24 hours and we didn't have an issue getting the approval in time for the flight. Rent your car before you get there, it will be cheaper. We used Grace Bay Car Rental. They will ask you if you want the additional damage waiver and I declined. It would be better if you think about it before it is sprung on you. Gas is $5.40 to $6 a gal. There is an IGA grocery store not too far from the condo. It has all the normal brands you know and love just 2 to 3 times the price you are used to. A 6 pack of Mich Ultra is $20, a 2 liter bottle of soda is $4, etc. We ate out 1 time a day and cooked breakfast and dinner in the condo. Eating out is about 2 x what you would normally pay. Recommend Shark Bites over Mangos - both close to condo. Get to the airport AT LEAST 3 hours before departure - Provo airport is not built to handle the volume of people leaving. It took 2 hours standing in line for us just to get to the gate. After 11 AM the lines are really long. We got our Departure COVID test at Seven Stars Resort - sign up online and pay $50 per person at the place. Very efficient.

Lovely stay in paradise
This is a wonderful property, perfectly situated to be home base during our 7-day scuba dive trip. Apart from it's spectacular view, it's also very close to the amenities we required (grocery store, marinas, etc.). There's no question of our desired re-rental during our next trip to the island.
