Family vacation to get away from everything
Incredible vacation completely secluded from all crowds. Beach is beautiful, with wonderful walks and amazing conch shells. Swimming is great with sandy sections and grass in the sea floor. Condo is well equipped and perfect to stock up groceries and enjoy your seclusion to cook at home and not leave the beautiful location, away from it all!

Beautiful, well decorated and comfortable unit.
Very comfortable, attractive unit. The outside and grounds need care. Sad the restaurant was closed and the concierge not present, since NWP is a ways from and food, restaurants and shopping.

Serenity Now!
We were looking for a place to "get away from it all." We found it at Northwest Pointe Resort! We were all familiar with Providenciales, so we weren't intimidated by the remoteness of the resort. We welcomed it. The place was so peaceful and serene, that we adopted this theme for the trip: "Serenity Now!" We all vowed to return one day.

Comfortable and clean condo.
The apartment fit our needs perfectly. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean. The whole complex was well maintained and we loved that it was so quiet and far from the other hotels and resorts. Unfortunately the beach was overrun by sargasso seaweed. I have never seen so much. There were crews cleaning it every day but no end in sight. This is obviously a world wide epidemic so not a fault of the complex. Thank God for the pool. It was clean and great for swimming laps etc.

This property is beautiful and the views are great. The location is a bit farther from everything else on the island but it’s a small island so it’s never too bad. The unit was nice and mostly clean. The host let us put something’s in the fridge before check in which was nice of them. A small problem with bugs as there were sugar ants on the kitchen counter at times and a dead cockroach under the master bed. Nothing too crazy. We did have a great time. The beach and the pool on the property are excellent.

When planning our trip to TCI, we were undecided between staying at this condo or an all-inclusive resort for the week. So glad we decided to stay at this condo! We rented a Jeep (glad we did that too, because there’s about 10 minutes of driving to this location on unpaved roads.) We were able to explore a lot of the island, and then return to the condo property and relax. Property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is very peaceful and well-kept at all times. Communication with the host was excellent! This is a highly recommended stay.

Great place to stay
We just returned from a lovely stay at this property. The property is as described and pictures are accurate. Communication with Lisa was excellent from the beginning. She answered all of my million questions and was quick to respond through out our trip. You do need a car to access this resort because it is remote, but that is what we were looking for. The pool was nice and plenty of loungers. We hardly saw more than a handful of people while we were there. The restaurant on-site was not open but we didn't plan on using it anyway. I would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of grace bay.

Our stay was great. The place looked as advertised. There were 3 of us for a ladies trip, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub and beach. We pretty much had the beach to ourselves and some days the pool as well. The beach is not as pretty as some other beaches on the island, but hit the spot on our first day. This is the place, if you want a little quiet. The restaurant was closed, but Lisa gave us a heads up and we just grabbed some groceries on the way. Lisa was an excellent communicator. 5/5

Perfect low key beach getaway
Hidden away from all the hotels and commercial areas it was a great island paradise and it felt like you were by yourself at times. Easy to take a stroll on the beach, kayak, paddle board and the pool and Jacuzzi were always clean and not crowded. When i find my way back that is where I will be staying!

We arrived and found everything just as advertised. Clean and fresh. Would have liked more than one towel per person and a bath mat would have been nice for the tile floor. Kitchen had the very basics for food prep. I probably cook more than the average traveler so my needs might be greater. The restaurant was closed due to covid. This location is remote and we loved that. Long walks on the beach and always windy. Every request we made was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The bed was extremely comfortable. Ventilation was great. Didn't use the pool but it was quite lovely. Lisa was great to deal with. I highly recommend both her and this condo!

Amazing Stay if you like Quiet and Relaxation
We had such an amazing time and the condo was fantastic, as was communication with the owner, Lisa. If you’re looking for a more lively, party scene with close-by restaurants (the on-site restaurant at our rental community was closed) and nightlife, then stay on the other side of the island for 10x the price. But if you want relaxation and don’t mind renting a car (which I think is standard regardless of where you stay), this place is amazing and affordable. It was so hard to find a 2 bed/2 bath that both had king size beds. So two adults or two couples can stay without someone being stuck in a kid’s room. This is very unique and allowed great privacy. The view from deck is gorgeous, the ocean is down a very short path from pool. Pool and hot tub were large and so relaxing, not very crowded at all. And as long as you keep noise down in the evening, nobody will bother you, I.e., pool rules aren’t restrictive like resorts. We didn’t do a daily cleaning service for 5 days. The washer/dryer + dishwasher + deck to hang wet towels on made it very easy to keep clean. WiFi and TV worked great. AC worked well, but we tried to be conservative bc the island has very expensive electricity costs. Ceiling fans in every room, fully outfitted kitchen. The people who live next door are very nice. I would def stay again and LOVED Turks and Caicos. Again, u need a rental car, but most restaurants, famous beaches (most beautiful in the world) are less than a 25 min drive away. Strongly recommend this area and this unit/condo community if you want peace and quiet vs. partying. Thanks again to Lisa and Angela!

False info about a restaurant on site. Sort of misleading beach info……not a swimming beach. Also, no toilet paper holders-odd and shower in master bathroom had nowhere to put soap etc. The person who was supposed to be on site was not there the 3 times we went up to talk to her. All in all we enjoyed the quiet relaxation of the resort. Well maintained.

Thank you for staying with us. I notified you ahead of time regarding the restaurant closure due to Covid and reduced occupancy at the resort. Our private beach is very swimmable. We provide guests with 3 miles of unexplored undeveloped private beach on a national marine park. It is one of the most unique destinations on the island. I wasn't aware you were looking for someone onsite? I texted you on arrival , during your stay and am now reading I was suppose to be there ? We generally tend to respect the privacy of our guests... We don't reside on site however, we do provide maintenance, suggest excursions, places to dine, beach chairs for day tripping, car rental companies, country entry requirements, testing locations, arrival and departure details. We also stock the condo during your stay at the guests request. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed this beautiful upgraded condo, miles of private beach, large outdoor heated pool, oversized hot tub and tranquility at this truly unique remote destination.

Quiet and beautiful
I stayed this property with my hus and friends. Cleanliness, quiet, beautiful view, everything were perfect for us. Only one restaurant was open next out door pool. Foods are good enough. Stuffs were nice and friendly. I highly recommend who want to enjoy quiet and relax time. And I recommend to rent a car. If you want to go to Malcom beach, you must rent a SUV.

Didn’t want to leave...
The property was as pictured in the listing. The property manager, Lisa, was informative and professional. We did have an issue with the hall bath having a water leak or two, and were unable to use that bathroom’s shower or toilet during our entire stay. We were not reimbursed or compensated for this inconvenience, which was surprising. Another surprise I wanted to make others aware of so they aren’t caught off guard: the booking is paid in Canadian currency, despite the Turks and Caicos using the USD; this resulted in me being hit with a foreign currency charge on top of the rate of the rental on my credit card. Otherwise, the rest of the unit was in working order, nicely remodeled, with lovely furnishings. The complex is well kept, quiet, and out of the usual hustle and bustle of the typical tourist traps, which is what we were looking for. If you want to be in the thick of restaurants and shopping, this location is not for you. As we wanted a quiet, private reprieve, it was perfect for us. Even with the bathroom leak issue, I would rebook another stay here.

Great Resort
It was our first time to T & C and we absolutely loved this trip. The condo is great and Lisa was very responsive to my many questions. The location is remote and quiet but only 15 - 20 minutes to excursions and restaurants. We will return for sure!

Condo problems and a lack of response
We had problems with both bathrooms. The master bedroom toilet got clogged a couple of times and waited days for somebody to fix it. The other bathroom had a leak in the ceiling from the AC so we had a bucket in the middle of the floor all week. Once again it took days for somebody to respond. You could never get through to the front desk so had to call property manager on several occasions. I was told after the fact that if the AC is below 75 that condensation builds up. We only had it set at 73 which should be more than reasonable. Thanks.

Thank you for staying with us, it is unfortunate you encountered a few issues during your stay however, we did inform you on several occasions to keep the doors and windows closed in order for the AC to work efficiently. The condensation builds up due to the fact that you were not able to keep the doors and windows closed while simultaneously you proceeded to turn the AC down. Our property manager responded to the issues and provided very clear instructions as it relates to operating the AC unit as well the results which you encountered if you don't keep the windows and doors closed during operation which is why you had the issues during your stay.

Lisa, the condo was wonderful, the staff very responsive and you were the perfect host! We had a wonderful stay. Following my retirement, it was the ideal getaway; quiet, beautiful with all the amenities. Eddy was a superb chef; you need to hang onto him. There were a few loose electric plugs behind the TV and over the counter, but that was a minor issue easily resolved. Thank you for your flexibility and advice. Hope to see you again, soon.

Wonderful Low-key Location With Beautiful View!
This resort is out of the way in a nice secluded area which gave our vacation a very exclusive feel. The facilities are great, the resort offers kayaks and paddle boards. The staff was friendly and helpful. This unit is well furnished, modern, and very comfortable. It was perfect for a couples retreat. We would recommend this booking and hope to stay again!

This is one of those rare finds that is actually far better than advertised! The location is quiet, peaceful and GORGEOUS!! The unit was spacious and well appointed. We used the kitchen for breakfast and dinner each night and found the island grocery store to be better than our grocery store at home!! Far from being crowded, several days we had the beach and pool to ourselves.

We stayed at NWP for a long 4 day weekend and had an amazing time. It was our second stay at the resort and first time with both of my children. The unit was very well maintained, modern and light and airy. We took advantage of the porch, enjoying breakfast in the morning and drinks in the evening. The resort is great and so quiet. It's about 10 minutes to a few restaurants and 15 minutes from Grace Bay. Perfect for what we're looking for in a vacation. Room for a family to cook, relax and get away. Highly recommend vs. all-inclusive and large resort experiences!

Well run secluded place in Turks & Caicos
Nice secluded place with quality content and a great beach for sitting and contemplating - less so for frolicking, which keeps it nice n quiet. Room (303) was simply amazing with a balcony space with a view to die for. As it is literally miles from anything else, do realize that it takes a good 15-20 minutes to get to dinner (although there is a restaurant on campus which is actually pretty good) or significant activities such as off-boat diving. And you should rent a car too. If all that is OK by you, this is a great choice and far cheaper than comparable quality closer in.
