You're first welcomed by a fully equipped modern kitchen and just off the hallway, a full bathroom. At the center of this apartment is a spacious fully enclosed glass-paneled bedroom with an artistic flair accent wall. The journey ends in the stunning living area where high ceilings, rich hardwood floors and dramatic black doors frame an amazing view of Providence—perfect for up to 2 guests.

THE LAYOUT:

KITCHEN:
Step into this apartment and find a full kitchen where modern convenience meets industrial character. Set against a backdrop of original brickwork and soaring ceilings, the space features smooth white cabinetry, an island with seating, and a bistro table with seating for up to two. This kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.

SLEEPING AREA: Down the hallway you’ll find the bedroom that blends industrial charm with playful touches, creating a one-of-a-kind retreat. This bedroom is uniquely enclosed by sleek glass walls and doors, creating an immersive, almost gallery-like feel that fully encompasses the space while maintaining an open connection to the rest of the apartment. Framed by exposed brick and massive factory-style windows, the space features a king-size bed backed by a vibrant multicolored cube divider—adding both personality and function. This bedroom features a convenient desk area, perfect for work or catching up on emails, while two spacious closets complete the room.

LIVING ROOM:
Just past the bedroom, you'll find yourself in a cozy and inviting living area that effortlessly balances comfort and style. Framed by oversized windows and exposed brick, this space feels both industrial and warm. Original antique decorative doors add a unique touch of history and charm to the room. Relax on the sofa or chair, watch TV on the mounted flat screen TV, and enjoy city views right from your seat.

BATHROOM:
In the hallway the full bathroom features a walk-in glass shower and vanity with exposed brick walls adding style and character. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.

THE BUILDING:
This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have one free dedicated off-street parking spot in our driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment. The main entrance to the building is a shared entrance with the other 3 apartments in the building. This apartment is on the 1st floor.

The Neighborhood:
We are located right along the peaceful Woonasquatucket River and just minutes from the heart of downtown Providence. If you’re in the mood to shop or explore, the Providence Place Mall is a 10 minute walk and features a wide range of stores, restaurants like Fogo de Chao, and take a workout class at Cyclebar. Right across the mall the Rhode Island State House is a must-see for its stunning marble dome and panoramic city views. On weekends, take a 10-minute walk to WaterFire events along the river—an unforgettable Providence tradition with bonfires, music, and local food vendors lighting up the night. A short walk away is College Hill, home to Brown University and the Rhode Island School of Design offering a perfect blend of history, culture, and local flavor. Eat on Main Street along the Providence riverwalk at places like Plant City, Harry’s Bar and Burger, and Hemenway’s. This location is ideal for guests visiting local universities like Providence College, Brown University, and Johnson & Wales, or anyone looking to explore the city’s top attractions. Getting Around:
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located in the corner of a main road which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.
