Great Stay in Providence

My friends and I stayed here because we attended the Men's D3 National Tournament, we explored the downtown area which was a ton of fun. Great location, great place!

Quite bare bones

With some simple adjustments, guests could have a better experience. Tell us where to park to avoid tickets, identity the keys to use for entry, install deadbolts for safety, offer a few more toiletries and TP. Good location and clean place.

I ended up not staying here. The neighbors stared at.me and my child. The home was older as expected in Providence but just was not what I expected.

Unsafe neighborhood

We didn’t stay there; it was too dangerous; due to our plans we had to check in after dark. The host never gave us the address; we had to re email him and was guessing where it was located. There was no outdoor light, or electric keypad. No parking on premise and strangers were roaming the street and we were nervous about parking on the street and for my families safety. We ended up renting a room at the Marriott and never stepped foot in the Verbo rental. I have stayed in many verbos across the nation, and I’ve never felt as unsafe as I did here. Communication with the host was difficult, the area is dangerous; I was lucky and glad to get rooms at the Marriott instead, and I would have driven back to NY before sleeping there
